We could not sleep in the property on the first day. Their heating system was broken and they could not fix. So we could not sleep on first night. Manager Edgar at the property is aware of it. He sympathized with us. He gave credit for our first night's stay. He spoke with Orbitz contact. And Orbitz confirmed to give us credit as property gave credit to Orbitz. So please refund first nights' charges. Thanks.
Great location. This property is under construction. The pool, hot tub and restaurant are closed. Our room according to Orbitz came with breakfast. There was a big deal about getting it included at their sister property. This really overshadowed the getaway. Orbtiz and this hotel need to communicate better with each other.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice fireplace in our room. Great location. It’s a sister property of Stein Erickson Lodge and it was nice to enjoy that facility too.
Our stay here was wonderful. It was clean and all the staff members were kind and very responsive. The breakfast spread was wonderful. The shuttle service down to Main Street was so helpful so we didn’t always have to deal with parking down there. Overall, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.
In the middle of covid it was nice to getaway and feel very safe and comfortable during our stay. Went here before pandemic, during and will continue to visit this property.

It was fine. Room was facing the street which we requested to not have but all was well.
We liked everything we encountered except the beds were too soft for our taste and the pillows too bid.

Room was very nice 2 fireplaces and comfy bed. It was alittle dirty in a few spots but overall clean. Orbitz said breakfast for 2 which we did not receive.
