Staff worked to ensure guests were comfortable and well informed- when weather interrupted digital channels, a premium movie was offered complimentary with a professional attitude and apology! WOW... Have not seen that in many competitors-

Checked in a timely manner, very nice accommodations with small gym and indoor pool. Ample parking on site. A shuttle to Legacy Place would be nice and allow visitor easier access to shops and restaurants.

Not too fancy, but a decent hotel overall. Friendly staff and the room was nicely sized. Wasn't expecting (or needing) a kitchenette but it came in handy. I'd stay here again if I was in the Dedham area.

The Hotel was over booked and they sent me to a less expensive hotel in Norwood ma which i paid the same rate. So, I obviously wasn't happy with my experience.
We were there for only one nite but I would recommend it to any one who might visit the Boston area. The service was equal to other hotels that we have stayed at. When we go back I would stay here again.
The front staff was great. The room was very very nice. The heater was located in the room though out of sight. It was very noisy when it came on. Not bad noise, just loud normal operating noise. Highway noise was barely noticable.
We liked having 2 separate rooms including an area where we could sit and have cocktails. The hotel was old and had obviously been refurbished, but the full refrigerator was nice and the staff was friendly. It was a good deal for the price. The hot tub was horrible with no working jets and water that over bubbled from the center of the tub.
Very disappointed that [...] we were given an inferior room on a busy street with NO HEAT. We have stayed here several times before and always given rooms that were Suite Style with Private Bedroom. They said that since we used [...] the Frequent User points were lost - worse that that we did not get the $50 credit toward another stay for spending the weekend as the [...] was not the Corporate Rate. For a first time [...] customer, I don't think there will be a 2nd time! I can do better than you and prefer to keep my money in my bank account until the actual hotel bill is presented. With [...] i paid in advance and got less than I ever did before.
