Beautiful place to stay.
We always stay here when we take our son back to school. We liked it a lot because the employees were from UNT. What I did not like was when we check in the reception said I did not have reservations but he was spelling my name wrong. When a manager approached him and check he ask again for my name and check us in. As soon as the manager left he sat on a chair and said our room was not available and he would put us in another room that he said was bigger with the same rate. I got exactly the same room we reserved and he just wanted to feel like he did it on his own. We were very tired from a very long drive and we just wanted to rest.

Very clean, large rooms, and one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I’ve ever seen! We had noisy guest above us, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
I saw and killed three bugs that looked like small roaches, one of them was crawling on my face as I slept. The next morning, my wife said she killed five more in the bathroom. The temperature in the room was extremely cold. There was a thermostat in the room, but it appeared to be broken. We tried using the buttons, but it would just display an "L" or a "1" (not sure which) but it would not change the temperature. I was told Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:00 so my wife and I went down at 7:15. When we got there, the were some canned soft drinks and some pastries, the kind you might buy in a gas station. There was also one person serving some kind of breakfast but when we arrived, the woman looked at my wife and me and said, "I have half a biscuit left. Who wants it?" We couldn't wait to get out of that place. I understand the pandemic has cause challenges, but eight roaches, a freezing-cold room, and no breakfast. I won't be staying there again.
It was good. People very friendly. A little off location in the middle of a large apt complex- but works.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. There were bacteria rings in the toilet and water in front of the shower. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there was lab open bottle of liquor in the fridge.
The best property appears clean on the outside and few remodels done in the lobby area and some new flooring, but the pipes in the rooms are old. Every time we used the sinks in the bathroom and the turned the water off you could still hear the water filtering for over 5 minutes after you the turn the water off. The ac is the room made a loud noise the entire time it was on, my husband and I could barely sleep. The elevator was broke our entire stay and we Use the stairs which we really don’t mind since me and my husband work out regularly. However it can be a challenge when you have food and hot coffee trying to go up 3 flights of stairs and bringing and taking luggage.
