Very nice experience. We stayed for four days so we got to deal with all the shifts of staff. The free breakfast was good with adequate selections. The indoor pool and spa was clean. ill stay there again if we are in that area again.

we stayed because it was a good stopping place for our travels. we stayed two nights and visited the spearfish canyon the we went to see the Devil's tower. This was a great location. Enjoyed the pools and the breakfast was very good. A very good price for what you get.

It was very nice, just wish they had better breakfast. Beds are Very comfy

Nice, quiet, clean, and quite friendly hotel staff. Great price for last minute reservation.

Rodeway Inn and Suites in Spearfish is a great place to stay. We have stayed here on two separate visits and would recommend it to others. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but it had EVERYTHING we needed, and many other amenities that others might appreciate! We found it to be a great value.

This was perfect for me. I was attending a large convention and wanted to stay somewhere within a mile of the Convention Center - so the location worked very well- within 5 minutes away. I was impressed by the friendliness which was supported by the physical layout of the space. People congregated in the lobby-eating area and around the pool. I had a problem with a light fixture that wasn't working and within a day of reporting it I found it repaired and working. The room was very clean and there is nothing that I needed. Breakfast was hearty and had hot and cold options. Coffee and other drink selections and cookies are always available. One evening I had a taste for hot chocolate instead of coffee or tea. The Owner happened to be working that night and offered to get some for me...which he did. Staff was friendly and always helpful. The Inn was full and there were children - yet my experience was quiet and serene. I came to Spearfish a couple of weeks after burying my mother. I needed a time of renewal and refreshment and the Rodeway Inn - not knowing my circumstances took very good care of me while away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Carol V.

Comfortable room, nice soft pillow-top bed, very clean. We liked the partnership with the Perkins restaurant next door, giving us a free slice of pie by showing our room cards when eating there. I would rate this at least a 3 star motel!

Stayed overnight while passing through SD. Was greeted in a friendly manner and an initial problem with room key not working was handled with aplomb, with the desk clerk giving me entry to the room and then bringing working key cards to me. I didn't get to take advantage of it (ate before I went to the hotel), but hotel had some discounts/specials in place with a couple nearby establishments, so would recommend checking in and checking on those before going to dinner or anything. Room was very nice and well appointed, hotel was clean, pool and spa in good condition. Staff helpful and cheerful. Continental breakfast was a little sparse, but the space is small and I don't think this hotel was originally built for having it. They had a good biscuits and gravy, though. Also had cereal and juices, etc. available.

The staff was friendly and helpful...room was clean and quiet....bed was very comfortable.
