Had an awesome time! Everything was perfect and everyone was very nice!

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Good restaurant food. Very confusing on 1/2 price appetizers. Told it was next door at Spring Hills, big conference there and we were told it go to the bar inside, and valet at Spring Hill outside said it was at Cadillac Jack's. Walked back to Cadillac Jack's only to be told it was at Spring Hills, but they honored it at their sport's bar. Excellent, but confusing.

Have stayed here many times. As usual, everything is great. Very clean room, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Our room was clean and comfortable, although the view was weird. The staff were great, the games were fun, the restaurant and bars were very good. Overall it was a great 2 night stay!

This was the best place we have stayed at so far on our western vacation

It was a great stay. Convenient location and $1 trolley ride to downtown.

It was good overall, the only complaint would be that there is only one way to get to the fourth level and that's with the elevator. Only one was working and the elevator is on the complete opposite end of our room

It was a great time. Have stayed here many times. I really enjoyed it all. The hotel is pet friendly with an easy to get to pet area.

everything at the hotel was fine. But I was surprised to see you charged us 70.00 dollars for booking the hotel. We were informed that you didn't charge for booking hotel rooms.

At the end of the strip so it's difficult to walk to other casinos. The restaurant was so-so. Rooms were clean but very dark. It was expensive for what you received.

Location is just a few miles out of the way but the scenery is worth the trip. Accommodations and staff are great.

There were three of us in two different rooms. I was a bit disappointed that we were unable to get rooms on the same floor and that we wanted nonsmoking and one room was smoking room.

Clean room with lots of room. A little less than a mile to the main area of Deadwood, but nice stay.

Would not give a receipt. Not good policy but nice stay

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very nice. Location is good. Enjoyed our stay. The coupons for food and beverage discounts were appreciated.

I was on a vacation to the Black Hills with a good friend celebrating a milestone birthday and we decided to stay at Cadillac Jacks for two nights. The customer service there from the time you walk in the door is probably the best we have seen at any hotel. The room was super clean. I wish I could remember all the names of everyone that provided such great service, but that would be everyone. And that's too many names to remember. Christi the manager I give kudos to for helping us out with a minor room problem. Tyler on staff was just super in trying to help us out also. The people at the front desk were great. The wonderful waitresses and cooks in the restaurant get 5 out of 5 stars as does the food. And then there is Evan...Thanks for the fun time on the slot tournament. It was an absolute blast both nights. Will definitely go back again for another stay soon. Really met some great travelers there that made you feel like family!

From the staff at the front desk to the restaurant staff, everybody was very friendly. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff (maids) were nice and did a good job. We ate at the restaurant twice with good food. The Sunday morning buffet was outstanding. Enjoyed not being downtown. The shuttle stop is just up the street with a very short walk.

A little out of the way to get to but worth the effort. Good place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. We were not that thrilled with the bar/restaurant but the location was excellent and the front desk was so helpful finding places within walking distance. We went to saloon #10 and listened to great live music.

Hotel was good. Deadwood it self was a bust, not what it is cracked up to be.
