The breakfast was plenty, the staff – friendly, location – perfect. The indoor Dead Sea water pool is too tight and its hall is too constraint and uncomfortable.

This hotel is very old and not well maintained. From the moment we got off the elevator to go to our room, the place smelled old, musty and full of mildew. The carpet in our room was black with dirt and looked 20 years old. Comforter and towels had stains. The floors on the main level were constantly wet with a lot of people slipping. Spend the extra money and stay at another hotel in the area.

The most disgusting place we have ever been, the entire place smells from cigarettes.

Nice hotel, close to the nice beach area, I just love it ,this is my second time expiriens.

Receptionists were wonderful. Location is excellent. Parking is good except on weekends. We stayed about a week. Room appeared clean, but smelly and dirty carpet and tiny bathroom. I slipped and fell on greasy hallway. At 1:30 pm my room wasn’t cleaned and in all fairness they did upgrade our room to make that right. Our upgraded room is clean with a beautiful view and the size of a regular US hotel room, plus a jetted tub. Food was plentiful with interesting combinations, lacking fruit dishes. Dirty placemats and silverware over the weekend and other days, sparkling white tablecloths and clean placemats. Indoor pool overcrowded and dirty, yet water was relaxing. Outdoor pool deck chairs were too dirty to use. Spa was quiet and quite good. Buildings and furniture have designer touches but not cleaned or maintained. It’s a mixed bag, but was affordable for us and we were thankful to be here.

The air conditioner in our room was broken. They finally had someone come look at 12:30 am. He couldnt fix it. He told us complain to the manager in the morning. When i went to complain, the receptionist pretended to be the manager and said the air is never on in the winter( never mind it was in the high 70's)clearly wasnt true because the maintenance man told us the night before it clearly wasnt working! Never going back!!

nice hotel. good service quality. breakfast is good

The spa facilities are very good my daughter used three different treatments and liked all of them.

very bad hotel everything was so bad do not recommend this place to any one please thank you very much

Good hotel, but needs some renovation. Still good value for the money. Friendly staff.

This hotel/spa situated right on the beach is one of the approximately 10 hotel / resorts at Ein Bokek, the resort town of the Dead Sea. The Spa ia wonderful and advanced with many free amenities (tanning, pools, saunas, and MUCH more). The rooms and modern, large, and comfortable. Beautiful lobby and great free breakfast and dinner. Size and comfort/modernity are great. A little expensive.
