Ir was a great location for the reasonnwe was in town. Rooms didnt smell well but Lysol and air freshner help.

Nice staff, rooms was smelling like smoke. Only one washer/dryer for guest. Nice location

This hotel isn't fancy, but it was exactly what we were looking for- someplace clean with friendly service and close proximity to downtown Dallas. We were in downtown in less than 15 minutes, and since the hotel is right off of 35E it was a straight shot too. The room was basic but still included a fridge and microwave. We had clean towels and an empty trash can every morning. The complimentary breakfast wasn't huge, but included far more than I've seen at other places, and still had plenty available when we went 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Overall, I was very impressed with our stay here and would definitely return.

I stayed here purely based on the reviews. I don't get it. The hotel was kind of run down and out of date. The other people staying there were scary. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly. I won't stay there again

I have been to alot of different hotels, I enjoy how you can relax there with no worries. Hotels I've spent more on, Days Inn matched it perfectly. Now I use this hotel every chance I get. The only thing that would make it better is a swimming pool. I feel safe in this hotel and appreciated. I am never harassed. Even in the smoking section the place is fresh and clean. Very wonderful place.

ok for the money. staff was not so friendly - no ammenities

Great room for short stay on short notice. Discount was not accepted over the phone nor at the hotel upon arrival. Not the info given when reservation was made. Clean room, once again wifi did not work. Continental breakfast needs to upgrade.

It was an awesome stay. I just wanted something to have quiet time for a night and it have me just that! Great hotel!!

They did not accept the promo code posted on the travel website even though we booked through that website.

First floor. First night before bedtime, we killed a dozen beetles. Next night killed about half a dozen. No rooms available to move to, even though the parking lot at midnight was empty. OLD analog TV, that had a very fuzzy picture. No coffee in the lobby in the afternoon.

I stayed for two nights and was very happy to have two good nights of sleep. Everything worked just fine. Overall, the place was very good for the price.

Decent room for the pay outdated tv noisy parkin lot

Great deal for a one night stay! It would be nice if they upgraded to LED TVs

Room was clean. Location right. TV could use more free movie channels.

Looking for a place to hang our hats for the night, we were warmly greeted. Our rooms met our needs comfortably and conveniently. Everything we needed was furnished.

The hotel was pretty nice, clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Not a big fan of the coffee, but it did have caffeine! Only real downer...the cleaning staff was rude. They arrived at 1030 and were kind of nasty when we told them we had 30 more minutes until check out. Oh yeah, and the towels wreaked of bleach. Not a bad hotel/value if you're just stopping to sleep and continue on.

The room was big, the furniture in good shape, and the bed very comfortable. Wifi was fast too.

My stay at this hotel was not great!! The housekeeper came in and cleaned the room, but did not change the sheets. I called the front desk and asked if the sheets were to be changed when the room was cleaned and he said yes. I told him the sheets were not changed and I would like new sheets. He advised me I would have to call back in the AM and speak to a manager!! How is calling the manager in the AM going to get me clean sheets now?? I was told by the front desk person he didn't have access to the sheets at that time. I was very upset and will not go to days inn again and I will advise my family to do the same!

The hotel is new, a little difficalt to find on GPS but if you go through I-35, it's easy to find. Everything is good especially the bed.

The Red roof Inn DeSoto, Tx. was comfoftable, the room was very spacious. the bathroom was clean as was the entire room. the room did have a dank-dampness feel to it though. the bed was too soft also, i awoke each morning with a stiff neck. the staff was extremely friendly. I don't think i'll stay there again because there wasn't a fridge or iron/ ironing board.
