I booked my room and I check in on the night of 2/18/2024 to a non smokers king size bed room and when I got to my room it was a two queen size bed not what I pay for and when I when to speak to the front desk they didn't change my room because they already rent my room to someone else.....Im not going to use this please never again

Check in staff very nice. Room had stain on bedspread, faucet at sink leaked and water on floor. Room was $140. Terrible!!!! Shame on you manager/owner.
Terrible! Rooms have strong cigarette smoke even though there non smoking rooms, ac/heat smelled like burnt when we tried to turn it on, the sheets had cigarette burns on them, not only the first room I asked to change room because of this so they did and the other room was the same thing basically so I just stuck it out slept without taking out the blankets just on top of bed I did. Non breakfast
One of the worse hotels we've stayed in. They do not clean the rooms. I had to wipe some water off of the bathroom floor and the paper was black!!! The shower floor felt slippery, which was really disgusting. The bathroom door had brown drip marks. The sink was dirty and did not drain. Also, later at night, our room started to smell like really heavy cigarette smoke. I think our neighbor was smoking in their room and it was seeping in through the walls. My husband went to the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and the guy laughed and said they didn't have any. No extra pillows?? Really? This place was horrible.
The room was clean and the shower and TV worked. This hotel offers basic accommodations for the traveler and is not a vacation destination. The counter staff was friendly and helpful. I was in a pet free room but the room next to me had a dog which barked non stop all night. I can't blame the hotel for rude pet owners.
Cigarette burns in the bedspreads of my supposedly non-smoking room, the shower was broken, the lobby was locked up when l got there & l had to check in through a window, clerk would not answer my questions about the safety of the neighborhood, no breakfast service because of locked lobby
Room was bad condition, the house kipping was bad too. The smell was bad.
Is great if you just need a place to stay, y They gave me a room that was supposed to be no smoker but smell terrible bad, they were super quick and changed it right away. However, I think they did not update the change in the system because we had someone at 11pm trying to enter our room with was extremely scary. And few minute after someone came to verify our information around 12 which was not very pleasant. But for a quick stay it works perfectly fine.

The room was filthy. Bedding had hair all over, trash all over the floors and towels all stained.
Mattresses need better upkeep.. i woke up with red marks on my legs i think it was bed bugs or something.. room had a weird smell as well. But other than that was a good stay
