The room and hotel were fine- I don't expect much. But I want good wifi, and the service was almost unusable. It kept disconnecting and when it was connected, it was slow- couldn't watch anything streaming or video chat with my wife and kids. It was connected to the Ground Round, so dinner was easy, if not particularly good. They had good beer! The exercise room had that disgusting smell of rubber from the mats- obviously no airflow in there. I decided to just do sit-ups in my room.

The room was good, but we were disappointed in the breakfast offering. Apparently the management does not allow them to serve anything except "biscuits and gravy" as a hot food choice.

The hotel was ok. Clean but the bathroom needs a serious update. It appears the hotel is being retro fitted for fire sprinkler system so there is construction going on. The price is plenty for the hotel.

Ok, but no decent food for breakfast is a deal breaker

Average hotel. Good Location. Older rooms/facility with updated front/lobby.

Had higher hopes for hotel experience. Gave us the room directly across the open entrance to the pool and where the noisy arcade games were and several screaming kids and loud adults. Refrigerator in room sounded like it was on it's last leg and bathroom was in rough shape and needing repairs. We enjoyed the waffle maker having a hot breakfast. Check in and out staff were pleasant. If given room near pool entrance, ask for a different room is my suggestion, otherwise it would have been fine for cost.

My stay was fine, but I am now more dependent upon the internet for my work, and in my room, the wireless internet was not really usable. It frequently stops working and is very slow. I therefore spent the evenings in the lobby, closer to the source. The hotel has an older layout, which includes a pool at the center of the complex. I don't favor that design, with the chlorine smell and humidity in the room halls, but others may not mind. Otherwise, the breakfast was simple but fine, the staff was ok, and the room was in line with its cost.

two nite stay for a convention. The room was decent, older tv that was kinda fuzzy (probably poor cable). The only bad part was that the bed was very springy. They squeaked, buckled, and felt mushy. Otherwise it was fine. I would have rated the value as a 4 if the bed was decent. Check the bed before you check in.

Friendly and comfortable. Had minor problems with our door card but other than that enjoyed our stay very much.

the staff was nice and the pool and hot tub were nice and warm but they did need to do some repair work because the cement was cracking and peeling and the cover that was over the mechanical equipment was warped and an eye sore, but the hotel room was ok, the bathroom vent was full of dust and the wall by the tub was cracking and peeling.

dISGUSTINGLY FILTHY ROOMS, HALWAYS, GOT LOCKED OUT LATEAT NIGHT HAD TPO WAIT FOR MATINENCE MAN TO COME BACK TO MOTEL, DESK CLERK SAID THE mOTEL WOULD REFUND SOME MONEY WILL WAIT AND SEE, WILL STAY ON TOP OF THAT. I BOOKED THE ROOM BECAUSE OF YOUR CLEAN RATINGS ETC. bETTER GET IT STRAIGHT, STAYTHERE. tHE BUG PROBLEM HAS EVEN MADE THE SURROUNDING NEWSPAPERS Will never ever stay thereagain[...]!

stayed here many times; hot breakfast included on weekends; cold breakfast weekdays; very convenient, at Interstate exit; always have fun at this location

Evening desk clerk wasn't at the desk and when I searched & found her,she got snippy as if checking people in was an imposition. Drove around to get to room and noticed that none of the outside doors had key locks so anyone could come and go. The fire door by our room was always open because there was no spring closer to keep it closed. Hallways had no a/c nor ventilation so were hot & smelled musty & moldy. Carpet in room was old so looked dingy. One of the beds had dirty sheets so tried to call front desk for 20 min. (desk clerk not @ desk). Finally walked to lobby and had to track her down (again) but did get clean sheets. We didn't want to change rooms because we had already unloaded the car. Then there was no DND sign for the door so rather than try to find the desk clerk again, I made one myself so wouldn't be disturbed by maid. The rest of the stay was uneventful except for the wedding party that invaded the halls @ 2:00 am to share their joy with the rest of the guests. The bed was so comfortable, it almost made up for everything else but not quite. Also, a fridge in the room would have been nice.

We were in town for a golf tournament. We had no problems checking in. We had prepaid so it was a breeze to check out. There was a wedding reception Saturday nite with a number of guest near our room. Did not hear a thing.

Saw muscial at PRT.

The hotel had a great location right off the interstate. Hotel layout wasnt quite as simple as most. The room was good. It was a good price. The breakfast in the morning was the only thing i was disappointed in.

The bathroom sink was extremely slow in draining. There were little kids noisily running & yelling and hollering in hallways by 8 a.m. Sunday morning. The access road in and out was extremely hazardous in relation to the main roadway, surprised we didn't see any accidents happen. There was no ventilation (fan) in the bathroom.

friendly staff, very clean, will stay there again
