Unless you are a young person without kids who is only staying here for a place to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness, do not book!! It is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The pictures are a lie. Even the ocean front view is interrupted by the filthy parking lot. Room was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. Lobby and outside area was just as bad. Elevator was gross and the entire place smells. We paid for 2 days but left after 1. We booked at the Hilton and ate the $100 we were out for the extra day we already paid for. It has to be bad for me to walk away from a room already paid for. I do have to say that the staff was nice but that is the only good thing. Spent a little extra and stay elsewhere. Don’t get scammed. Read the reviews!

Property was ideally located but is very old, and could use significant updating, even just to the hallways for a start.

The location is great in regards to beach proximity. It offers nice ocean views and spacious rooms. The cleanliness, functionality of the property, and safety are another story. This is great if you're on a budget and without children.

This hotel was unacceptable, It was dirty, paint is peeling, only 1 elevator worked and it was slow, there were signs for no glass or coolers on the pool deck yet there was glass and coolers every where. also, there were people smoking and vaping on property even with signage everywhere stating no smoking on property. There were signs stating masks are mandatory yet staff was not wearing masks.

It wasn’t nothing about it unique. It was nasty the tv didn’t work it was horrible the entire room was horrible.

It was on the beach and close to town. The elevator was prone to breakdown and sloooww. Fire alarm went off 2 times in one night. Residents screaming in the night. Downgraded room with no compensation for downgrade. Poor parking situation. Music too loud at pool.

Could use some upgrades, other then that it was a very nice hotel

Quite dated and property could use substantial renovations. Several things broken and not working in our room

Front desk staff and lobby looking ok - so maybe this risky bet was worth it? Nope. Starting with a work out elevator, and walking into a room with curtains hanging off hooks, a leaking shower, and a sliding door that was broke. Was here for one night - bed was ok and sheets were clean. DIdn't take a shower - would rather be dirty than risk the health hazard. JUST SAY NO...

I’ve stayed in a 2 star hotels with much nicer facilities. My family will not be back .

What a dump! This is a new low for my time in hotels. The view from the 8th floor of the ocean is spectacular! (that has almost nothing to do with the room) . The water running n the bathtub probably wasted 50 gallons/day, the hall light buzzes, the phone lite was on, I asked at the front desk why, they had no clue, the maintenance guy "fixed" the blinking light - how? He unplugged the phone from the wall! LOL! The bathtub was grossly de-laminating.

This is the worst property I have stayed in my entire life. Roof was peeling off, Room was very dirty. It even had chewing gum stuck on to floor. Bath tub was not clean. I was able to hear sound from other room. One of the Elevator was not working. When elevator was working, it was taking very long time. Do not ever take this property. It was not at all worth the price. On top of it, this property has resort fee. Parking was terrible. I had to park in opposite block and had to walk down when it was raining heavily. Do not get mislead by the photos of the property.

Hotel is really run down. Our slider door to our balcony was broken and could barely open it. The free breakfast was a joke, was only pre-packaged donuts, pastries & bread that couldn't be toasted because the toaster was broken!!! We were so disappointed. The only good thing was the beautiful ocean. The location is in the middle of all the action which can be good or bad depending on what you like. A lot going on all around you. I enjoyed the time with my husband walking on the beach but wish we had stayed somewhere else!

The front desk staff was rude while checking in. She did not want to check me in at first. Was given the wrong room at the beginning. Malcom at the front desk is amazing. He fixed the issue. There is NO welcome drink. It’s buy one get one free. There were fights in the lobby and pool deck. Only 2 elevator for both staff and guest. One elevator broke down. I’ve machines on every floor but only 3 works and it was up to you to figure out which 3

The property was filthy! The rooms were dirty, surface mold on the lamp shades. Dried blood on the sheets, ripped bed skirt. The elevators were a nightmare. 2 elevators, for 12 floors, shared with housekeeping. Not to mention that their elevator licenses are very very expired! After waiting for 3 elevatorS because they were all packed full we decided to take the stairs. Well that was scary. The doors to the stairwells were so warped it took two of us to slap our full body weight into the doors to open them, and these are the emergency exits. Same thing trying to get out on the ground floor. Other the the very friendly lady at breakfast I t he mornings the rat of the staff were rude, especially Patricia. When I checked on early I was told by the man at the desk to come back at 4 and my room would be ready. Understandable. I was early. When I came back at 6 I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Patricia. When I told her I was there to get my keys and had already checked in she said very rudely I don’t have any rooms. I said I had already checked in and was told my room would be ready by 4 and it was now 6. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me that they had over 90 checkouts, they had a manager helping and they had oversold my room type. I asked her to please not take an attitude with me. I was only there to get my key. At that point the manager came and asked if everything was ok. Patricia proceeded to speak to him like I wasn’t even there.
