The room smelled musty, almost moldy. The check-in was fast because the screw-up by Orbitz had them expecting us, but it didn't make anyone care enough about the accommodations they put us in... and with children, it was too late to continue the argument. I believe that Orbitz counted on that!

The property was in a nice area, staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet in our room was not functioning correctly and overflowed during the night. Other than that the stay was fine.

The best thing about our stay was the staff . The place need to be updated and brightness up a bit it’s kinda dark and dreary inside

I used to stay at this Sleep Inn whenever I would return back to town, as this is where I'm from - and during the last few years it was great. It wasn't the nicest thing, but staff and manager was awesome and everything went smoothly, even received aome above-and-beyond assistance for some things here and there. The place didn't allow under 25 years of age (deters spring breakers), had a comfy bed, was clean, ac worked, and was quiet. It was all I needed. This year however, WOAH. We were put on the 3rd floor, that smelled like mildew, and rightly so, because giant, 'we had a flood' fans were lining the hallways. Everything was gross, even immediately upon entering. It turned into a pkace that the front door wouldn't open without a keycard after midnight, condoms lining stairwells, and was generally dirty. Seems they must have done away with the over 25 policy (although there is no age limit for obnoxious people) because it was loud and party like. The bed was nothing resembling or feeling like I remember, the TV was old and had no remote that worked. The AC, was not good enough to sustain even a spring day, much less summer. Apart from all of this, when I made my booking, I suppose my third party site sent over the wrong bed preference. I had a king selected, and the only room this hotel had, was two doubles. Doubles...I suppose I'm annoyed that anywhere hosts double beds these days. The worst visit, seeming like they had replaced the old good things with awful stuff.

nothing was unique it was in a good location resturants you could walk to

Everything was great. I will choose this Hotel again

Very close to several restaraunts. Great price for area. Has an exercise room that I didn't see until I was leaving.

Close to everything. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Beds way to small, room confined, have more room in RV shower than the shower pod provided

It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Had all the things you need and a free breakfast. Only thing I would change was that the bathroom door did not lock, other wise it would’ve been perfect. It’s also close to so many places to eat.

Much more better than I expected. Low price and good conditions. Good breakfast.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Great location. Restaurant and shopping close by.

Quite and clean. Easy access to resturants Coffee 24/7.

Everything was great and all were very helpful. My only complaint was that I stayed over a week and expected to get my sheets changed at least once. After 4 days they did not and they said they will make sure they would the next day. They made the bed to look like they did but they still didn’t and I had to get them and do it myself. The breakfast was good and everything else was excellent so not sure why that was an issue. I have to come back and definitely will stay there again.

Too close to highway, which is good and bad . Good breakfast selection.

Close to everything we had scheduled for our visit. Easy access to food, beach, entertainment and highways.

Thank you for your feedback, during the date you checked in we had just finished washing the hallway carpet, hence the fans in the hallway. Our policy is 21 years of age at it has been that since 2012.
