Property is in dismal condition and parking overfilled.

Really disappointing stay. The apartment was rancid and did not seemed to have been cleaned prior to arrival. There was a bunch of gunk built up in the bathroom sink and there was hair and dust bunnies all over the apartment. Most of the furniture is damaged or broken. Worst thing of all though was the parking situation. Apparently the property passes out more parking passes than there are parking lots. With a late night arrival that was really messed up. Especially with support being oblivious and non-responsive. Seriously, it took them hours to get back. I am never booking through vacasa again. What a fecal show.

Okay if you're a drunk 20 year old I suppose

The lobby of the property was disgusting. Room had a slight musty smell to it. Decorated nicely. The balconies don't have partitions to separate so just hope your neighbors aren't the annoying, loud type like ours. There is no building maintenance after hours so when a drunk 20 something vomited in the elevator, it stayed there all night into the next morning until someone arrived so that was fun. Stairwells are sketchy and not monitored with cameras. Beach access is currently damaged and not usable. Pool was nice size and not overly crowded.

Good option for Daytona beach

Good location, 10-15 min from airport. Nice pool & next to beach access that is still open with storm recovery. Condo as represented. Small & a bit worn but comfortable. Balcony overlooking side of beach & sitting area seperate from bedroom which was nice. Kitchen very small but we didn’t eat in. Reported a couple small issues mostly cleaning issues which owner responded to. Would stay again.
