Gorgeous Ocean Front apartment with private balcony at the beach! Family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The apartment has 2 Queen Size Beds to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch Smart HDTV includes 100+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, close to Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park, Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.5 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

WARNING BEWARE

Cleanness: It had a funky smell like mold. Check in: i was given the wrong code to get in. I had to stand in a hallway to wait on the property owner to return my text. Accuracy: I contacted them prior to booking and asked did the property have an elevator and a step in shower. The ad stated shower only. Upon arrival it was a tub. No step in shower. The kitchenette consisted of refrigerator sink and microwave and toaster. Communication: As previously stated they don’t know how to tell the truth and takes a little to long to respond. Location: The parking garage was dark and overall scary. Overall: Our family decided not to stay due to feeling unsafe and there was not a step in shower for my elderly mother. They refused to refund our money and called me a liar and rude and when in fact they did not tell the truth or advertise correctly. The elevator would not hold a wheelchair. The only elevator was in the garage and handicapped parking was in front with no access to the building. Due yourself a favor “DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM”

Great location, awesome ocean view, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in. We went on week days so it wasn’t crowded at the beach. Convenient to the pier and boardwalk. A pleasant stay!

The Building

The building is dated but clean. We would stay again, really due to location and ocean front. Keep in mind one parking spot per unit.
