The pictures on the website make the rooms look nice and new. Not the case. We booked the king bed 288 sf non smoking. The bathroom was so small and the room was a lot older than the picture lead me to believe. The bedspread had so many stains on it I wonder it it was clean and there were cigarette burns on them too so needless to say the non smoking room smelled like smoke. We both woke up with slight headaches. But I guess you get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a bed to lay your head in while in town, this would be a place. Its right off the highway and made it pretty easy to commute into downtown if you have a rental car. Its only about a 20 min ride to the airport, and I was there for a week, and never once experienced traffic. Sterling

Easy access to the interstate, and to local restaurants and night life.

Non smoking room had a cigarette butt on the vanity, ash on the floor. Ceiling had what I desperately hope was soda or beer stains, could have also been marinara sauce or something more terrifying that I thought was going to drip on the bed. Heat worked fine, quiet on the second floor in the back building.

Bed bugs, had to cancel stay.Beb bugs, cancelled stay after 20 Mins.

Lady who checked us in was very courteous and lobby was nicely done. The room was not so great. The bathroom was dirty, tub had dirt ring around it and small curly hairs in it and on the wall. Toilet was dirty with bm around it. The sleeping part seemed to be cleaner but the beds were very hard and daughter woke up with bites all over her once again. It is sad to say it is cleaner and more up to date then most of these motels.

When I pulled back the sheets of the bed in the first room, there was a crumpled paper towel with blood on it. They kindly promised a $20 discount and moved us to another room, where we got bed bug bites.

The room was great. The wifi needs improvement. The signal strength was unstable. I couldn't connect at all. My husband managed to connect, briefly. He found that the port he needs to get his email was blocked, rendering it useless for our needs.

We booked a room for sleep purposes only as we planned on a lot of outdoor activities. Luxury was not our goal. The room its self was very nice. We had a non smoking handi-accessible room, but you could not park on that side of building; you had to park on opposite side and use under motel pass way. The walkway from pass way to room didn't seem wide/safe enough to have a wheelchair fit through. The room also had a doorway that connected to the adjacent room, when the person next store started smoking it came through the doorway into our room. Not pleasant at all!

Every time I go to Dayton, I stay here. Minutes from the mall and surrounding stores and restaurants. They are taking the time to update the rooms. Internet was fast. Good stay.

Convenient for me. Met my needs very well. Great staff very nice rooms with conformable beds. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would say was disappointing was the beds. They were like cement blocks!

I got a room for some quiet reflection time. However the rooms facing the highway get a lot of tragic noise. Had to use a sound app at night time to drown it out so I could sleep

It could be better if the key door has the mumber on. The paper than they writed , is NOT funcional.

Two stars....Should really be 1/2 star if possible and I wish I could upload the pics from the room I stayed in. After arriving and checking into our room which was a superior king (king bed, flat screen tv, refrigerator), we noticed soon as we walked in that room had a mildew/mold smell to it. We didn't quite understand why until we touched the carpet which was soaked to the touch. I own a carpet cleaning service and carpet should never be left wet let alone the room should not be closed up with no air flow which the unit was also turned off so basically the carpet was just sitting there soaking wet air drying and growing mold in the floor. So we returned to the front desk, the lady apologized and sent us to another room. Same problem also in that room, the carpet was soaking wet, room was closed up, no air flow, with a mold/mildew smell. However, at this point we were already running late for meeting up with family for dinner so we returned to the front desk and notified them that we would not be staying in that room due to the same issues. They apologized again, and said they would personally find us a room that was dry. So at this point we have been to two rooms, so we came back and they did not have a room for us like that which we had booked so we had to settle for a room with two queen beds, no fridge which I needed due to traveling with prepped food and no king bed. However, and to add injury to everything, the room WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Hair on the walls in the shower (a females, I am a male, and my friend is male), cobwebs in the corners of the shower, stuff all over the walls, the boxsprings of the beds had red/yellow stains all over them, the sheets were filthy with stains, and the ice from the machine spit out dirt ( I have pictures to prove it). NEedless to say we were not happy, and after staying at the same red roof for 3 years in a row at the same time every year, same type of room and everything, I will never stay there again.

The hotel room was well kept and clean. The only complaint that we had to make was that there were no towels in the room when we arrived but that was promptly taken care of along with getting an extra few pillows. All in all, for the price/location, I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

It was a nice place.we had to be moved because the internet was working. Then the new room was the same except the toilet ran every 15 mins.we told the front desk about it and they did nothing. It was a nice place to stay besides that.

My stay was ok. I was in town for business. Hotel was very close to restaurants and shopping. The carpet in the room was rather dirty and there was a substantial gap between the floor and the bottom of the door where one could see sunlight coming through. Overall, for the price it worked out.

Good hotel, would recommend to others, close to the mall and numerous restaurants

Basically it is a good night. The staff is not very patient. Room has a bit smell but after we started the A/C for a while it's good. Cleanliness is fine. Location pretty good, close to many restaurants and shops, not far from downtown.
