The staff was very nice. The only room was good. It was still getting some touch ups. But we were fine with it. The problem was the people who stay there longer than a week or maybe stay a week at a time are not quite for the weekenders. My husband didn't get much sleep due to fighting between couples and stuff. I accidentally booked a smoking room. It wasn't bad thank goodness. So it may have been better downstairs. It was cheap and you pay for what you get.

Just could be better, overall it needs some improvement.

The room lookec like it wasnt cleaned at all except the bed was made. The room was freezing and took several hours to warm up. Cigarette burns on everything and broken outdates furniture.

We were not at all happy with our stay! There was the smell of a dead animal in the room! Holes in the walls! A/C didn't work properly! The latch on the door was broke off...scheduled 2 nights but checked out early! Drove to Indianapolis and stayed at a Wyndham Hotel there! I would not want my name associated (Wyndham) with that dump! Sincerely, William Smith

The room are disgusting. You didn't have any option because of the price. They give me very dirty smoking room. The only good part about this hotel is a location .

At check in, requested room accommodation was not honored, but it was adjusted to suit my request. When I arrived to room door was opened because it was being tidied up I asked the person cleaning room if sheets had been changed and was told they were. Upon preparing for bed.that evening the sheets and comforter had various body discharges on them. Whenbed change was requested, was told by the person taking the request that he would have to talk to manager. Person was informed that I would not sleep in a filthy bed so sheets, pillowcases, and different comforter was given and mate and I changed the bed. The bed seemed more like a full instead of queen as advertised. Very happy it was a one night stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, and it was okay for just one night. The room needed some minor repairs and our AC didn't get very cool. The TV was updated and nice. The bathroom was very clean. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but we didn't get a non-smoking room. Had free breakfast, but not many options to choose from. The staff were nice and always got us anything we needed (pillows, towels, etc.) If I had to stay for a longer period of time, I would choose elsewhere.

The room was small, dusty and the bed was not comfortable. It was located was close to the event.

The hotel worked for our needs for the couple days we were in town. It isn't the worst or the best hotel we've stayed in. The room was clean and included a small kitchenette. The continental breakfast was the basic food items, but worked for a quick morning snack. Our only issue was the strong odor of old cigarette smoke and the extremely slow wifi. Everything else was acceptable. Oh... And there's no elevator. This didn't matter to us, but I thought I'd mention it as we've seen many reviews and questions about other hotels and if there was an elevator.

Had a good stay. Clean room. Nice staff. I will stay again. Very affordable and close to everything.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom freshly painted. However, there was a general air of shabbiness--holes in the chair in the lobby and desk chair in room (which had a stained seat), front door dirty and needed a coat of paint. I would try it one more time, largely because of the staff. Internet worked well and had good speed. Room had a fridge and microwave.

Good enough for me. I slept, I left for work - I had no problems

The staff was awesome. The hotel needs alot of updating but for the money and location it was perfect for us.

The room was very small - some would even say cozy to make it sound ok! But it lacked in cleanliness.... Nothing a broom, dust pan, mop and some TLC couldn't cure but I was also alone and not planning on staying in the room much. However, had my wife and kids been with me we would have stayed somewhere else immediately.... The area is ok, enough that is close enough to eat, drink, or play. Close to one of the highways, so that helps. Oh and if you're a late sleeper - well - the maids don't seem to understand the sign that says 'Do Not Disturb'! But definitely not in my top 50 list of places to stay!

Reasonable rate and good location. Good for a short trip.

The hotel was located close to the AFB and severel restaurants. Was not impressed without the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. Was quite surprised to see smoking rooms in Ohio and to have cigarette butts in hallways. Most of the workers at the front desk did not seem to want to help with questions about the area. I would not go back next time in dayton.

Not up to what I expect from an economy motel like a Super 8.

Best thing going for this place is that it's cheap. Room clean. Hallways smell of smoke. Several windows are damaged. Thin walls.
