Decent clean hotel room for the money. Fairly basic breakfast with hardboiled eggs, cereal, waffles, yogurt. The downside was there was no elevator which when you have kids and are lugging extra stuff with you can be a bit of a pain. Thankfully they weren't super busy and were able to move us to the first floor. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke in spots, but otherwise, the hotel was fine.

My girls and I only needed a place to stay for the night. Walking down the hall to our room was a nasty smell of smoke. BUt, our room, non-smoking, was ok. The breakfast was minimal with waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and Danish, but ok. If you are looking for a great feel good stay, this is not your place. If a decent bed is all you need, then this could work for you.

This was a great location for the time frame we were in Ohio on business. Close to the business and to other spots around the state.

Basic hotel. Breakfast provided is fair, selection changes from day to day. Staff friendly. Room was clean though dated. Did not use the small pool, but it looked ok. Close to expressway, groceries, and a few restaurants. It met our needs and expectations for the price.

Booked this last minute for witt homecoming and had to pay quite a bit more than expected, but got a great king room with a jacuzzi. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you might need. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition.

I stayed here for 9 nights and looks pretty much ok., not found any difficulties. room was cleaned everyday and new towels were placed. They could get me a non smoking room once available. Breakfast was not that great, just a basic breakfast.

so many hotels today are in such disrepair..things broken, missing..FINALLY a hotel that was what it should be...great place to stay!!!! Very pleased.

We had fun while staying for the weekend. Very affordable and a great location to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend.

Overall, our stay at Ramada was great. Staff was great and enjoyed our trip

The accomedations were nice and the room was clean. The staff was friendly too.

I would have said great except for the awful stench in the room. It stank as soon as we opened the door. I would only be able to describe it as a foul odor. The entire bathroom stank. This was terrible. It smelled like an old wet mop. As I was lying in bed, I kept catching a smell of pee. I will leave that to your imagination. YUCK. Also, checkout is at noon so we hung the do not disturb on the door and took the kids swimming around 10am. When we came back to shower off the chlorine at 1130am, there was a maid in the room cleaning. Lucky we didn't leave any valuables in the room.

We were refused one additional towel for our rooms. Not too happy about since we were repeat customers of the hotel. Don't know if we will be after this stay.

The staff was very friendly and the location is close to the highway so if you're just passing through as I was, it's a good place to stay. The building is a little old and it isn't the cleanest place but it's definitely a decent, quiet, comfy place to stay for a night. On the cleanliness - Our room was fairly clean but if you look in the corners the carpets old/dirty, the brackets holding the ceiling tiles in the bathroom are rusty, wall could use some new paint, etc. BUT it's a older building and for the $60 I paid for the night, it was fairly good. Also, the continental breakfast was also better than most motels I've stayed at. The sink and mirror are outside the bathroom which could be good or bad depending on your preference.

fine and good enjoyed

The Ramada Inn Springfield was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was alright. Overall it was a good experience.
