Being able to extend my check out was very easy and convient
Multiple things upset me during my stay. One being room service, upon checking in I was asked if I wanted my room serviced I said yes! Upon returning to my room the first 2 nights my room was not cleaned. Same dirty towels, no toilet paper, trash not emptied. Called down to the front desk, no answer literally rang for 30 minutes. I go down to the front desk at 1am ask them if there’s an issue with their phone’s they responded no, so apparently they ignore calls from hotel guests. The ice machine on the first level was clear on the other end of the hotel. This hotel can use some major upgrades. Best thing is it’s location to stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to a shopping plaza.

The hotel was very clean and the location is perfect.
Clean, quaint, quiet, and refreshing.. They even had a mini refrigerator and microwave, most hotels don’t have those amenities.

The lady at the front was great at her job.
Everything was ok except the noise came in from the 2nd floor. I was on the floor below and they woke me up 3 different times after midnight. Maybe a party was going on. Next time i will request a roomat the top floor. I couldn't sleep that night.
The property was clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel near business I was visiting with many excellent restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was not your standard fare, it was healthy and delicious.
Overall nice stay. Have stayed here multiple times. Had breakfast it was average but fairly expensive we went out the second day for a better breakfast. I would recommend hotel and would stay here again.
We stayed with you because it was near our family that we came to visit. The hotel was very nice, clean. One night there was an awful order in the lobby and on our floor, but once it dissipated it was fine. One day the lights and the internet kept going out. Overall the stay was very nice. I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice.
