I had a crazy road trip leading up to this hotel, so I arrived quite late. As it was summer and the hotel was generally empty, I was the last to arrive. As I walked in, the front desk lady goes "Good evening, what happened Mr. LastName?" What a great start! She was kind and offered me a free room upgrade. The room was exceptional, comfortable, clean and just what the doctor ordered after my long drive. The included breakfast is really what blew me away. I have had countless "free breakfasts" at hotels, this was so far beyond anything I have ever seen - all other hotel breakfasts are pathetic by comparison. You are greated by everyone there, offered amazing coffee/tea, chef waiting for your omelette order, choices galore, I can go on and on. The best!!
