**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.

A daily fee of $10 per adult (children under 16 free) will be charged by the HOA for resort pool and gym access. Guests can opt for a weekly fee of $40 instead of the daily fee, payable in cash or check at the front desk upon check-in. Each rental includes one complimentary pool and gym usage.
**Access to the tennis courts and children’s playground remains free.**

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly
