Step inside this spacious vacation home and be instantly greeted by a formal front living room with a luxurious blue velvet couch and two cheerful yellow chairs, setting the stage for cozy conversations or a quiet moment with your morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped with brown granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating for two, making it a pleasure to cook and entertain. Just beyond, a charming breakfast nook for four connects the kitchen and the rear living room, offering a sunny spot for casual meals. For larger gatherings, the formal dining room seats six and is perfect for everything from holiday feasts to game nights. The rear living room is where the whole family will want to gather, with a plush wrap-around sectional, a smart TV, and oversized sliding glass doors that open to your private outdoor oasis.



Step outside to the screened-in lanai and pool area, where the Florida sun meets the comfort of home. A dining table for six, comfortable seating, outdoor games, and a grill make it the perfect place to lounge, laugh, and dine al fresco. The gated pool area features lounge chairs, a sparkling pool —just the thing for winding down after a busy day. (Note there is not a hot tub just seating area in the pool)

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a half bathroom off the pool area and 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway.
