The staff was super nice but the room was dirty. I hate to leave a review like this. There was stains all over the room and stickers all over the mirrors. I felt like it was just used and not cleaned at all.

We did not check in through you. I’m going to try to stop payment when I get home. Never got an address to where to go to check into comfort in checked in and paid myself at the desk. Turn left flush from what you offered.
It was right down the street from a party I attended and easily found and room was clean and check in was quick even at 9 at night
This was a great value for the price. We have stayed here 3 times and the room and property are consistently clean, the non-smoking room does not smell like smoke, and we have the necessities. It isn’t modern, but we’d pay nearly twice the price for modern elsewhere. We’ll be back!
First of all, they did received packages I sent and they stole it. They were signed by them and they only deny it. Its crazy not to mention they clean the room only once in a two week stay it's an absolute terrible hotel
I felt like the facility needed a major update. When you walk in the front door you smell a combination of mold and chlorine. The carpet was very worn in our room.
We made our reservation around 4:30pm and called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late. Got there at 12:45am, and they gave our room away. The hotel was full, as well as all the other 3 star and up hotels in the area. Needless to say we will never stay there in the future nor bring our baseball team to stay there again either.
Easy to book. Easy check in. Courteous staff day and night. Clean! No hotel/motel smell. Quiet.
The air conditioner did not work properly. The selections wouldn't light up. We got it operating but then it shut off during the night and wouldn't come back on.
The fridge in our room did not work, we reported it on Friday night and asked for maintenance to come look at it. After over an hour of waiting we were told that no-one would look at it until 2 days later. We were then told they would contact the general manager to see what could be done and the solution was to put our food in a community fridge that everyone has access to. We declined and the general manager was tp be contacted but we never heard anything further. We ended up having to throw the food away which was purchased specifically for meals while traveling to help save on costs.
