Clean, affordable and friendly staff. Location is ideal being so close to the CBD. Paid for an upgrade halfway through stay, TV in second bedroom was working but replaced straight away, very impressed with staff's proactive approach. Only two small drawbacks. People upstairs were quite noisy, and having two small children it was challenging when this noise was occurring at past midnight. They may either be unruly occupants or the noise barrier isn't effective but like I said before, only a small negative. Also pool was 1.9metres deep and only had a small spa section for the kids to stand up and play - once again only a small thing and the kids got over that pretty quickly. Overall very happy with stay and would recommend to stay here again.
