This is a high quality hotel built some years ago. Due to low business travel, the restaurant was closed, but small dinner menu was served in the bar. The rate we paid was a bargain for this facility.
Customer service was good and room was comfortable.
The location is very convenient, very close to the train station. There are several nice restaurants nearby. About 15 mins walk to downtown.
Was so easy to get around being next to the terminal. A quick trolley ride to town center for sightseeing or shopping was great! The room was comfortable, clean and great shower!
If you have to come to Darmstadt this is a good place to stay, steps from the main train station and a 15 minute walk or 2 tram stops from the centre of town. Nicely renovated hotel, very clean rooms, modern bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet. Good wifi. There is a small indoor pool and sauna area - also clean and well maintained. Didn't have dinner or breakfast here so cannot comment on the restaurant service or food. There is a decent Italian restaurant just on the corner opposite the hotel.
It is good hotel and has good swimming pool and small Sauna room but no steam. They did not give me invoice claiming that the travel agency should give me and now I am lost and I do not have invoice for my expenses. [...] The system of pre-paid is very bad system which create a lot of problems.
