Very very clean and updated. close to Salem where I was visiting. Just a suggestion most hotels offer free water to guests . ;)

The only thing is, they said the pool is heated but it wasnt especially its an outside pool.

Always clean, friendly, and convenient...I have stayed here on business many times and always a home run!!

$223 a night & not any better than a $70 a night hotel. Broken shower even after they "fixed it" waited so long missed our reservation. Broken iron no garbage bags. 3 towels for 4 people. Had to wait for them to run out for laundry detergent. Not worth the money!

We spent 2 nights here as our daughter had Orientation at a nearby college. This hotel was in a convenient location and had sufficient amenities... we used the outdoor pool/patio, bistro for dinner & breakfast and the complimentary computers/printers. Unlike some hotels, the guest Wi-Fi worked great. Also, the desk & bistro staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We will return.

clean, comfortable, good location. Rooms slightly small.

The room was very clean, comfy and cozy. And if you're visiting the Danvers area, the location is excellent. However, there is a serious lack of sound isolation between rooms, and especially between the rooms and the corridors. The banging room doors, banging fire doors, and conversations in the corridor, are clearly audible within each room. It's like being on the inside of a drum. Shame.

Friendly front office. They were helpful in getting us a cab ready for the evening. Told us how much we should pay to get into downtown Salem. When a taxi driver tried to overcharge us on the way home, they overheard me complaining about it on my way back to my room and they went outside to take down his cab number. These people really look out for their customers. The room was clean. They even brought me a toothbrush when I asked for an extra one. The only complaint is the door to the hallway left a gap to the floor, so all the hallway sounds went into my room, and I expect all the room sounds went into the hall

We went up to the Boston area for a quick weekend. Friday night was uneventful, although some people directly over the room that we were staying in sounded like they were either in a Gym or the bed was very loud squeaking! It sounded like footsteps when we first went to sleep. Saturday night: We went to sleep at around 11:45, and from then to 3am, we heard the slamming of doors and people yelling almost constantly. I finally called the front desk to ask them to check it out. They did and a little while later, it stopped. It ended up being a wedding party that were made up of not only LOUD people, but just plain inconsiderate. If, when the hotel management went to them to ask them to stop and they did not, actually I'd have an easier time with it, because that would tell me that they were drunk and out of control. But when they stopped after they were asked --- that just means that they inconsiderate, narcissistic people. I can't believe that the entire hotel (very large place, my guess at least 300 rooms) were totally booked up and they put a couple of two right NEXT to a room where a wedding party was. I guess nobody has any brains anymore, or if they do, they're not used. The next morning when I checked out, they did give me a voucher for a free night at ANY Courtyard hotel and explained to me that they could not give me a 'refund' since I booked through a third party. So, #1. Don't stay at this hotel. And #2. I guess the moral is that you pay more money and you book through the hotel itself. If anything ever happens, you could get a refund. This way, I have a voucher that is worth one free night. Close to meaningless for me. Oh, yes.. the TV was a nice set and lots of cable stations. Maybe that's the reason to stay here? They charged an outrageous amount of money for breakfast, which we didn't do.. No 'Breakfast nook' like hotels in the area at half the price. Trying to be positive here --- nice grounds and nice parking lot. Nice rug in the lobby. NO indoor swimming pool, only an outside one. Really???

The hotel was a short drive to Salem which was great for our vacation.

The stay was fine experience, I think I paid more than what the experience was worth. I believe the price of the room was expensive and was not worth what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

Wee really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean and the cleaners were super nice. Front desk staff a little stuff. Beds were really comfortable. Nice stay.

Hotel was in a good location, by resturants and a cute little town. But the sound barrier between rooms was aweful. I literial thought the people above were going to come throught the floor at night. U could hear people talking in the next door, and doors slamming all night. I was ready to check out on the second day there, but would have lost the next nights fee. Would not stay at this hotel ever again.

We were on a sisters/friends' girl trip. The Courtyard was typical of previous Courtyard hotels I have stayed in. The staff was friendly and very accommodating - plus there was a Target nearby in case we needed anything. I'd stay there again if we were traveling that direction.

thanks to marriott danvers our weekend getaway was perfect

We had a very nice time visiting salem and the different museums in the area, the resturant we went to was pleasant with a very good menu...we had a wonderful time. Can't think of anything that went wrong.

Everything was as discribed great guest service and very clean operation.

liked the location, lots to do with mall across street. found ammenities a little decieving, pool outdoors only, breakfast extra not included. most hotels i have stayed at in past include a small breakfast. Other than expecting those 2 thing, stay was enjoyable. rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Decent sized establishment with a small hotel feel to it. Well kept, and nicely organized for business in the area. attentive front desk. One of the better Courtyards I have stayed at.

2 weddings going on during our stay and hotel staff still was efficient, cheerful and accomidating.
