The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. A good value for the price. The only negative was that the breakfast was limited and very heavy on carbohydrates and low on protein.

Great rates for few nights, conveniently located off interstate.

It's a place that gave us a good rest on a long ride through Tennessee. Comfortable bed, clean room and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel was close to town but far enough away that we were out of the festival traffic. It was peacefully quiet. It was spotlessly clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Not a lot of extras but we needed a decent place to sleep and it delivered. Will definitely go back.

I reserved the room for two adults and one child. When we got there, my granddaughter wanted to stay a couple of nights also. Both children are minors. They charged me for an extra person for the whole week. I thought kids were free. (what I didn't like continued) no fruit, no eggs of any kind. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend, but I would stay there again if I couldn't find a more suitable place on short notice.

Seem cleaned one of our party came away with a couple dozen spider bites

Comfortable bed. Good value. Close to Carson Newman College.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Great location. The view of the mountains from the parking lot was fantastic. Breakfast included, but the choices were very limited.

Clean hotel, nice folks.

We stayed one night very quiet & clean. I would stay there again if I needed a nice place with reasonable rates.

The stay was decent at best. Everything seemed fine at check in, but it wasn't long before we found out that the internet didn't not work, nor was it even wireless as previously thought when it did work. The language barrier was also a bit of an issue. Though employee's did speak English, it was still harder than normal to understand what was being said because of strong accents. The only other problem we had was finding a large stain on the bed sheets after housekeeping cleaned the room the second day.

Check in and out was a snap. Staff was great. I had to get the manager to come and figure out why the card keys did not work. A software glitch easily remedied. Other than that one issue a great stay for a smll price.

We met friends from Ohio that were attending a msssion's conference a few miles away. About a dozen of us stayed at this motel. It was new, clean, convient, and we had a good night's rest. Value for the money it was great. We would stay there again. We can't respond on the breakfast served because we went with another couple to the Perkins across the free way.

I spent only a few hours there fron midnight to 7 AM in a quick trip to a conference after working a full day before traveling. The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was clean an comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and well supplied.

Good value for this time of year (winter) you cant beat 40 dollars a night for a clean hotel. nothing exciting or fancy. just a clean place to stay.

My first impressions were positive. I was able to find the Jefferson Inn without any problems. The price made me happy and the check-in was quick and easy. I was on the first floor and enjoyed easy access going in and leaving. I wished there were a coffee pot in the room as they only have coffee available in the morning during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast. I was very dissapointed that nothing was offered for breakfast that didnt have sugar in it. Since I do not eat sugar, I was unable to have breakfast there. Some fruit would have been nice. On my return trip I stayed at the Jefferson Inn again. This time I was on the second floor. I was suprised to discover there was no elevator. It was not pleasant having to make several trips to my car to cart things to the rooms. On a more positive note, I loved the cleanliness of the room! The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well! The bathroom was well lighted and spacious. Once I was settled in I was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will I stay there again? Honestly? I would probably try one of the other accomodations. Perhaps I can be just as comfortable but be able to eat breakfast and have coffee in my room over there. Do I recommend Jefferson Inn. A resounding YES. My meager complaints do not deter me from saying its a very nice affordable place to stay!

This appears to be a modular facility. The rooms are a little smaller than average...but then the cost was smaller than average. Good value. Relatively new property...decent condition.

The Jefferson Inn was new and very comfortable. It was located just minutes away from a very old and friendly town, with home style restaurants and shops.

We are sorry for any pricing confusion. There should not have been any extra charges for children 12 and under. We are looking to improve on our breakfast choices.we do offer a continental breakfast, not a full one. We are trying to add a fruit at least on the weekends.
