The hotel smelled like cheap sex and smoke, the staff was less friendly than a rabid dog and even if you DONT smoke in the hotel but leave tobacco products behind they charge you $100 and claim you smoked EVEN IF THE ROOM DOES NOT SMELL OF SMOKE. They are scam artist and need to be shut down!!!!!

Hotel is under renovations. The room we were assigned for the first 3 days had lots of mold in the shower tile. We reported it first day and requested it either be cleaned or our room changed to one that has mold free in the bath. We were told it would be corrected each day for 3 days. Nothing was corrected until we complained the 4th night and given a renovated room which was lovely and no mold in the bath. Prior to our arrival we checked if there was a fee for our dog and told $30 a night but it would be refunded if no animal damage. Upon check in , we were told there is no refund. At check-in we requested two beds instead of one queen and told it would be a total of $25 more. We understood it to be total of 4 nights but learned at check-out that it was $25 extra per night. Turned out we ended up paying for a 2 star what we could have had a 3 or even 4 star hotel.

This hotel helped out in a pinch. My mom's place is not quite big enough for the crew we had in tow and it was fortunate that we found this hotel at the last minute and at a great price. It is also located close enough to get back and forth to my mom's easily.

Me and the girls wanted to get away and decided to stay here and celebrate. Pool was clean, overall worth the price.

I have been to this hotel once before, I enjoyed that the price was low for a nice hotel. Nothing over the top but definitely worth the price I paid.

Got a great rate for one night at hotel . Check in was quick and friendly . Pool was fun for me and one year old son. Pool Walls and floor could be a little cleaner . room was clean however the Hallways smelled like cigarette .

Was on road traveling. Hotel staff was pleasant, room comfy, average amenities. Worked well to get nights sleep before getting back on road.

The staff was nice enough, but we requested an extra bed (cot) which they weren't able to get for us. The room was tiny, seemed larger in the photos. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke very badly. The pool was nice, but there was mold all over the walls in the indoor area. For around $90 a night we expected a bit more!

Friends and I came up for a one night stay on a roadtrip, we're from New York and were just passing through that day so I thought to check this website for a better price than the local B&B's. It was like $100 after taxes for a one bed room, so $50/person wasn't that bad. The room we were given was a non smoking room (which I wasn't even aware smoking rooms in hotels still existed, but in Ct they apparently do), but it still smelled. It was reasonably clean, but the size of the room and placement of the bed pretty much made it looked like it was originally a two bedroom room but it was bumped down to one bed. The pool is nice, the staff is lovely (the one son who helped us was quite the eye candy), the free breakfast was decent, and it was right off the interstate. If you're only going to be there for a night or two you might as well, but past that I would suggest finding a place that doesn't smell so badly.

The place was in a convient location, with Pepe's pizza and Appleble's across the street, and then I was able to get to Tuxedo Junction in like 5 mins from there, which is the reason I wanted a hotel in that area. So..it was what I was looking for. I only wish they have a bar/restaurant on-site.

The best thing I like about this hotel is that I can walk to Enterpirse or Applebee's which are right across the street. Otherwise, it's an average hotel.

Location if close to shopping and restaurants. Room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. Upon request extra pillows and towels were supplied. There was only 1 bath towel in the room when we arrived. The breakfast provided with room was much nicer than most places offering sausage and eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit and delicious pastries. Coffee was available in the lobby all day. Easy access to I-84.

I was in town for buisness. I travel alot with my business and stay in a large variety of hotels. This was by no means the worst and certainly not the best. The staff was very friendly but the rooms let a bit to be desired. The beds seemed new but the overall feeling in the room was "bare". It just didn't seem welcoming. The electricity in the bathroom seem unstable and we were actually a bit nervous turning the lights on and off. The shower needs some updates. The shower head was falling apart and the wall showed alot of cracks and patches in the tiles. The photos on the website make it look better than it is.

The hotel itself isn't the super impressive, but you get what you pay for. Even though the price of the hotel was low, the hotel itself didn't look beat down. The room was clean, the bathroom wasn't old and moldy, and the place just smelled clean. Everything about the hotel looked nice, it was quiet, the area was quiet, and the room service lady was really nice. The only downside to staying at the Quality Inn would be the location. There's not much you can do around there. There's an applebees across the street, an enterprise to rent cars, and a movie theater. You need a car in order to go around. But other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was OK but nothing special. Room smelled unused but was clean. Turned on air and smell disappeared. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch. I would go back but thought a little expensive for what I got.

My husband and I were traveling to Danbury for a funeral and wake and needed a place to stay for three days. Our experience went from bad to worse as we arrived around 10:00pm, checked in with a great deal of confusion because they had the wrong credit card number and finally fell into bed exhausted. In the morning I was pulling the covers up so that the cleaning staff wouldn't have to change the sheets and discovered that the bed had not been changed before we arrived. The sheets were dirty and had blood spots in several places. There was still food on the outside of the microwave and a powdery substance on the bed side table. We immediately complained and asked for the room to be cleaned immediately. We also asked to speak with the manager and were told that he would be in shortly. He didn't contact us that day and when we inquired the next day were told that he would be in from 2:00pm until 11:00pm. We still didn't hear from him until we arrived back from the funeral at 9:30 pm to discover that our bed was stripped down to the mattress. After speaking to the desk we were told that the manager said we were to move to another room as compensation for the uncleaned room the first night. We spent the night in our new room and checked out the next morning. Other notes: The toaster didn't work in the breakfast area, the hair dryer in our room had no heat and when my daughter checked out the desk clerk refused to give her a receipt! We were both given several different explanations about the credit card numbers and how Orbitz works in terms of reservations and now are monitoring our credit and bank accounts. As I said... please don't stay there!

Nice room,clean comfortable.

Quite comfortable with two spacious beds. Below ground and non functioning windows, would do well to have the whole floor non smoking. We were in a room with a thin adjoining door, and neighbors who played the TV very loudly late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very nicely run and the staff woman was very efficient and friendly.
