Woodspring Suites is excellently located, near shopping, main thoroughfares, and public transportation. It also looks really good from the outside. Unfortunately, inside it is badly worn, devoid of even basic amenities, and infested with ants. Unless you are prepared to do battle with hundreds of streaming ants on your countertops, stay somewhere else! Also, good luck finding someone to complain to,

Price was cheap. Amenities were bad and staff too. You get what you paid for I guess...
Hotel is new and clean. It is bare basics however. Iwish it had more amenities such as ice machines and and ATM. The fitness center was small, and one of the machines was not working. The laundry facilities are open 24 hours and require either cash or credit card.

Was given a room upon checking in...And minutes after I got settled in my room the front desk attendant knocks on my door to tell me she has to move me to another room because they need to "thoroughly clean this one". . When I asked what the heck that meant, she then said "uh, they need to fix the drywall". I looked around but nothing looked out of sorts. It's now 2 am and the people above me have not stopped stomping around with loud music blaring and I called front desk to complain and they informed me the people above me have a dog that's probably walking around.???? Who puts a dog above the first level when you have wood floors???!!
Hotel was clean. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. No breakfast though. :( But I would gladly stay here again.
This hotel has only been open for a few months! Great staff and very clean rooms. The bed comfort was amazing with clean sheets! I will definitely be back
