Absolutely the worst hotel ever. No hair dryer, no wifi, dirty room; no towels in room; rock hard sleep number bed with no power; room sensor alarm was constantly beeping because there was no battery in it. The elevator was not working and trash in hallways. There were no hangers in the closet.

We have stayed there several time the last were deplorable. Hotel Management would not return calls, emails, or in person request to contact them. MY room was changed 3 xs with the toilet overflowing in one & the staff would only provide a plunger for US to use. Not that I couldn't, that is not the point. The management told us the very 1st day we sill get extra days. because of the deplorable service & rooms condition. With that please note, they never were to be contacted again , no calls returned no emails no in person visit. Management needs to take some ethic classes, & courtesy classes. I would also like my free days that were promised to me.

This hotel is run down with broken elevators, dirty floors, and furniture with huge stains on them. The towels are few and hard and did not have a wash cloth. The walls were dirty and some of the quest were smoking in non-smoking areas which irritated my allergies. I felt unsafe because there were men standing outside at the corner of the hotel parking lot appearing to be drug related. Some men were also standing outside with hoods on in the front of the hotel which made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Paid for 2 nights. Decided no not go back, even for my money. Rooms had "sleep number" beds it didn't work. One half of the bed was completely deflated, the other half hard as stone. It was a glorified air mattress and I decided the deflated side was more comfortable. The fridge, bed, and tv were all unplugged in a cheap attempt to save money, so that means the room stunk because of the unplugged fridge. Awesome. Don't bother staying here, the location is bad, the staff tries hard to interact as little as possible, and the crowd outside doesn't make you feel exactly safe. Pay the extra to go to a motel 6

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! Pizza left in the room from the previous guests. The door to the room next to ours was kicked in. Prostitutes approaching us in the parking lot. Stairwell has old beer cans and trash up and down!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!

Telephone was not working...not to mention that the telephone jack was practically ripped out of the wall. Had to practically beg to get towels. Nonfunctioning elevator. No remote for tv. Stained bed. Broken tiles in shower. Missing iron. Stained carpet....need I go on? I never felt my family was safe here. I booked a 3 night stay for the family here as we were going to a Dallas Cowboys game. After 12 hours I knew I had to get my family out. I found another hotel and left as quickly as I could. Awful accommodations with a staff that didn't seem to care.

Staff Is alright, rooms are okay. Brrakfast is a plus. Beds are comfortable. Some more than others. Wreaks of terrible off brand Lysol. Potential lawsuit in the making with hot water being so scolding hot. Overall, decent hotel. I just wish there was a bit more consistency in what to expect with rooms(coffee, towels, etc) A generous 3 Stars.

A very bad experience....room had a major wet spot on the floor as soon as you walk in.....the bathroom door had SEVERAL holes in it...no TOWELS WERE IN THE ROOM. after asking for some towels and told ok I would get some. did not get towels at ALL. Went to front desk twice that night to see if I could speak to the mananger. which they couldn't be found.. Nore the next morning was they available, nor was I able to get a corporate office number.

The staff was nice but housekeeping suck was there a week not one time did they clean the room no trash can put dirty towels out never got clean ones back For the price they originally ask for no way

Once i was able to maneuver my vehicle around the piles of trash taking up full parking spaces, i entered the abyss..... I was hit by a silent heat wave of musk and fabuloso and greeted at the door by an exiting patron, who seemed to be shaking and jittering from what im sure, was pure joy and remnants from a failed exorcism. the hotel girl who checked me in was very nice, but i knew something was off..... i walk down this dimly lit corrider, family in tow, and find our room. we admired the carpet from "behind the green door" 70's porn shoot and long term guests with their doors open smoking newports. upon entering the room, the ghost from those old marlboro commercials pushed passed us left us alone to endure the germ war going on in our room. the tables were missing legs and propped against walls, there were no towels, and there was a used bar of soap floating around in the bathtub. the carpet against the wall wasnt nailed down. our sheets had spaghetti stains on them and i found a phone charger and an empty coke bottle laying around under the bed. i was looking under there cause my shoe dissapeared. we found two handprints spaced apart on the headboard that seemed to have been fossilized by the dust and humidity. pretty raunchy. Needless to say, my family didnt stay long. we watched the biopic of ariel castro and hightailed it out of there after two hours. the bedbugs were begining to get hungry and i need all my blood. please dont rent from this place. its terrible.

First off I was under the impression that the hotel was in Dallas. It was right on the outskirts of Dallas. The Elevator was out of order when I arrived and I had to climb several flights of steps to get to my room. Once I got to my room the T.V. wouldn't work. The hallway was lined with bags of stinky trash that wasn't moved until my second day of my stay. There were no towels available in the morning I was informed that the housekeeper wasn't there to unlock the room with the towels so I had to buy my own. The room was clean which was the only plus of the stay.

I stay here all the time, it is centrally located and close to everything, the rooms are nice with big TV and fridge and microwave, free Wi-Fi, try Cha-Cha pizza for late night munchies

The front desk staff was kind. However, the hotel was swarming with police when I arrived as there was a dispute going on in the lobby. Upon checking in, I made the walk to my room and found the hotel is in shambles. The lovely wood walls in the elevator have been carved with obscenities, my room was clearly not cleaned properly nor did I have a single bath towel. The phone in my room was destroyed, missing all but a few buttons. The glass of my room window was cracked so badly, had it been leaned on, I fear it may have fully broken and possibly hurt someone. Overall, it was a scary stay for myself and I do not scare easily when it comes to hotels. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone I care about.

As I was checking in, there took place a very scary incident between the hotel manager and some folks who thought were saying they had been cheated out of their money. Police had to be called.

Was given a room on the 5th floor. Never made it out of the lobby due to no working elevators. Despite telling the front desk clerk, there was no attempt to remedy the situation with a refund.

Roaches, holes all in the wall, you only can get one towel at a time. Not a good experience at all

No managers onsite, no maintenance staff. Elevators don't work. No phones in room, open condum rapper, no free breakfast. And someone checked out due to bed bug!!! Manager called my boyfriend colored. Horrible.

Was unable to check in first night even though I had a reservation and was not even guaranteed a room for the second night.
