Very good location. A little hard to get to from the east but considering this is Dallas, not too bad. Shuttle to the airport was great departing the hotel but it seemed like a very long time to catch the shuttle back to fetch our car - might just have been tired, hot and anxious to get home though. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Would have preferred digital control of air conditioner but was able to regulate it okay.

I was in town on an emergency so I wasn't even in the room or hotel much (thank God) but when we finally arrived the power was out in the whole hotel! I asked what was going on and they informed me it was an issue with every hotel in the area and that they would give me a refund in the morning when the power was back on. The next morning I told the woman at the front desk what happened and not only was she rude but told me she's "not a manager" so she can't authorize that. When I asked for a manager I was told one wouldn't be in until hours later and they have to be the one to process it. Since I had a flight to catch I couldn't hang around but I told that I would call back later and get my refund over the phone which she confirmed was fine. Upon calling back later, I explained the entire story to the manager and before I could even finish half of my story I was hung up on! I still haven't gotten a refund and because of this experience will never go to another Super 8 in my life. I would avoid this place like the plague.

was there 4 nights and switched rooms four times. Room 112 to 113 to 221 to 214. first room the AC wasn't cooling. second room was full of mold. third room the AC wasn't working again. STAY FAR AWAY...

The staff was very friendly and we got a free breakfast but the room smelled so badly like bleach/cleaning products that it made me sick to my stomach. The hotel was booked full and it was late so I had to deal with it.

So they don't really have a shuttle. What they have is a van that comes like every 45 minutes or so that they share with about 6 other places. I had to wait for the second one to come as there wasn't room in the first one. It is the absolute minimum they can do so that they can say they have a shuttle. The room itself was decently clean, but was really old and depressing. Another jam packed van ride to the terminal in the morning and I was left with regret. The worst 90 bucks I've spent in a long time. I really wish I would have just slept in the terminal. I probably would have actually gotten more sleep.

I had just an overnight stay. The only big negative point was having to walk quite far in the dark to find food after I arrived at the hotel (9pm). I did not really feel safe in the area.

Check was fast which was good because i was very tired, room was very clean and the bed was so soft i had a great sleep. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The night auditor Dieep was very helpful when it came time to print my boarding pass very friendly guy he made the stay very easy.

On my second morning I notified the staff/the Middle Ages woman at the desk that the air didn't work in my room and I was told it would be fixed. I came back that night to no air. I notified the front desk and he said he was going to come check it out the thing made noise like it was coming on so I called him back and told him it's working. The air never came on but it was so late and I was so tired I self with it. I notify the same woman that next morning and she has the cleaning lady come look at it (I asked her does she do ac work or something because I know when something is broken.) The woman confirmed it was broken and that she would leave a note with her manager that it was broken, but can't guarantee another room will be available. I didn't accept her answer and had to ride her behind and not leave her desk to make her have them clean a room and give it to me then. I had to explain to her that I paid my money like everyone else and I am entitled to air as they are. My new room didn't have a toilet paper roll holder but I had been through so much I just let it go.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, decent staff, comfortable beds, close too airport

Cancelled flight forced me to look for a close hotel with a shuttle service to wait for a new flight that didn't break the bank. The security lock was broken, the heat didn't work and it was 20 degrees outside so the room was freezing. No hot water when trying to use the shower and there was garbage in the garbage can that wasn't ours. When calling for the shuttle we were told to go to D40. We had to rush to a bus to get from B to D. After rushing to do this, the shuttle stopped at Terminal B where we had been to pick up another passenger. Super frustrating to scramble for no reason. Overall it was better than sleeping in the airport but not by much.

This hotel is located just north of DFW, in a cluster of mid to upper price hotels. Compared to the other, the outside was less attractive than the rest. Front door to the Lobby was ajar, needing maintenance. Checked it while desk clerk was in an argument over the phone over reservations. Very few words spoken to me.

The hotel staff can barely speak English, nor Spanish for that matter. It was very hard to communicate on the phone. I arrived at midnight and the guy was sleeping at the front desk. The didn't give me the room type I requested and the room itself was really bad. I didn't even shower since I found the shower very very dirty. I even saw a cockroach walking around the corner. The AC didn't work but I was lucky it wasn't too hot. I wouldn't never ever stay at this hotel. I'd rather sleep at the airport.

Great location, close to airport. Safe. Only complaint, phone in room was broken. Price was great.

This hotel is nearby airport. So the accesible is very good. Suttle bus is good.

Hotel is about 5 minutes drive from DFW airport. Has shuttle service to and from airport. About 12 miles from downtown.

Motel was clean, price was fair, and everything worked. Overall our experience at this facility was good. The breakfast was sufficient and appreciated. Would stay here again if in the area.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was fairly good. Eggs, tx waffles, sassage, biscuits and gravy and cold cereals. Nothing fancy but met our needs. Would definitely stay again.

good location for air travel in dfw

the worst hotel experience i've ever had

I was in town on an emergency so I wasn't even in the room or hotel much (thank God) but when we finally arrived the power was out in the whole hotel! I asked what was going on and they informed me it was an issue with every hotel in the area and that they would give me a refund in the morning when the power was back on. room made me physically ill

two days of no air
