The bathtub clogged up twice, and we were told not to flush the toilet paper in the toilet because the toilet and the bathroom run on the same pipeline and causes the bathtub to clog up. I kid you not!!

Was not a fan of how the hotel was kept. Rooms could be cleaner

From the moment of check in our 2 day stay was a nightmare. Front desk did not have our reservation and initially refused to let us check in. We had just made a 4 hour drive and it was 1am. The room was dark and dim. The toilet was filthy, there was 1 role of toilet paper with 20 squares of paper, the towels were stained, the bedspread had a huge burn mark. We were afraid to get under the covers luckily we had a couple blankets in our car. The walls were stained and there was what appeared to look like someone had been stabbing a butcher knife into the bathroom wall. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal and bran muffins. The pool smelled so strongly of chemicals I can only assume to coverup how dirty it was. It also backs up to a auto shop and has the highway on another side so to say there is no view is being kind. My boyfriend didn't even like me leaving the room because he saw a man sitting in his car for over 2 hours we wondered if there was some nefarious business i.e. sex trafficking. I would personally never stay at this property by choice. I would not recomend it to anyone. I believe my money should be refunded. I hope Management spends some time and money on maintenance and retrains their cleaning team.

It was nice, the jetted tub was able to fit 2 adults, and the bed was really comfortable. KP was very sweet

This motel was inexpensive, the rooms were roomy and clean. The rooms were recently updated. This motel is located around a lot of places to eat. Sonic and Arby's are literally right outside the door. Waffle House down the road. Aldi's grocery store and Walgreens across the street. Walmart within walking distance.

the only problem that I encountered when I booked the room was I failed to request a non smoking room but when I checked in I inquired about a non smoking room and the desk clerk said that she could not accommodate me and change my request....I smelt like a cigarette when I left the room.....therefore, as a non smoker that was quite disturbing......I do not understand why my room could not of been changed at check in after looking on the parking lot the next morning I don't think you were totally booked. I will not make that mistake again......

I was in Texas on business. My only need was a nice, clean room that was quiet & safe. With a bed, a shower, coffe pot, iron & ironing board. Where I could check in, rest for a bit then shower & go out to my event. Then return to the hotel & sleep in a clean, quiet, safe room. In the a.m. shower, have continental breakfast & check out. My only concern was that there was no extra lock on the inside of the room door. It appeared to have been broken off. Othen than that it sufficed. Thanks

The breakfast wasn't very good. No bacon, eggs or sausage. Just waffles and, cereal and fruit. Terribly disappointing. The room was clean but it was stuffy, and wasn't very comfortable. They have two small pillows on the bed and no extras, not even when asked. They also provided the styro paper cups (the smallest ones) in the room. Didn't like that at all. And the front door was hard to close.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were accommodated with an early check in. The rooms were nice, nothing fancy of course, but exactly what we needed. They were clean and the smoking room that I had to have, did not stink like a smoking room. We were attending the Alabama game at the AT&T Stadium and looking for a nearby hotel. We had planned to drive to the stadium ourselves. However, when checking in, we saw a sign in sheet for the ARK shuttle service and used their services to travel to and from the stadium. I HIGHLY recommend the ARK for all your commute needs.

Location very centralized easy to get to all of our destinations

Was the perfect place for a overnight stay to visit for a concert.. The room was clean the TV worked, close to interstate 20 but couldn't hear the traffic. Staff friendly but, had little interaction.

I was just there for one night but I was very pleased with the room. The bed was especially comfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a washing machine but it didn't really bother me. The front desk was courteous and efficient. Checking in and out was swift and efficient.

The hotel was a short distance to all areas i needed. Would stay there again.

Nice - was clean and updated. Good stay for a one nighter. Value.

Newly remodeled, very clean, and close to my meeting. Only downside was the breakfast. Not much to choose from and wasn't good, but Sonic was right next door.

Hotel was at convenient location; right off IH-20. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
