Just like the title said.... smelled and had a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

Rooms need a lot of attention - bathroom floors were sticky

room doesnt have microwave, the shower and toilete goes very slow.

We stayed two nights. The staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh. The only complaint we had was that you had to get a new room key everyday. That was a hassle, other than that, everything was satisfactory

For the price we paid I believe it was a great deal! The bed was not comfortable but you can't beat the location and room.for the price.

It was a wonderful experience. ..Staff was excellent and rooms were clean and quiet.

Easy, short distance to Verizon Center. So nice to be back at hotel 5 minutes after leaving concert.

The stay was enjoyable and staff was very nice. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone.

I know it was my fault for clicking the wrong hotel, but I thought it said there was a swimming pool. When I checked in I asked the lady up front and she said no. I was so disappointed because I honestly thought it said there was a pool. The lady up front was so nice though. My room was on the second floor and I had about 6 bags. There wasn't an elevator and she offered to help me up the stairs. When I got to the room it was supposed to have a microwave...it didn't. I went to the desk and told her there wasn't a microwave so she called the manager to approve me switching to another room with a microwave. My new room was on the first floor and I had to move all my stuff downstairs to the new room. When I opened the door to the new room it smelled like it was old. The bed was broken like it was wore out on one side. When I ran water in the sink the smell of sewer came out. It was pretty discusting. My room was not cleaned in monday. She came by when we were sleeping and when we left i put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned. It wasnt clean when we got back and she was still cleaning other rooms when we left fir the day. We came back to dirty towels and an unmade bed--pretty irritating. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but my 4year old son insisted that we go home do we left Tuesday instead of Wednesday. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone except that its in a great location. And the lady that checked us in was so helpful with trying to get me directions where I wanted to go and trying to keep me happy while I stayed.

Clean and inexpensive. Great location to access a concert, show, or ball game.

The room "appeared" clean but the ceiling had strange horizontal cracks made into it and small ROACHES were crawling in and out of them! Actually "saw" 3 but who knows how many came out at night! Yuck! Will not be returning!

Lost power 2 nights in a row. No1 could tell me anything bout it except... "should be on by 9 pm". (Its was 2 pm) also i found dirty panties and socks under bed and in chair cushions. Cleaning ladies came and moved all my stuff around. When i asked for no service except towels and wahcloths... since there was only 1 in the double room. I could go on and on. Just dont do it.

Toilet noisy. Milk warm. Good hideaway-roomy place

if your just looking for a cheap room to mostly sleep in, then this is your place. it seems like a pretty old motel, no pool, but the people are very nice. just remember you get what you pay for. lol

Perfect location to Lone Star Park. Rooms were Clean. Bad Backs were not affected by the Beds. Couldn't actually believe our Backs didn't hurt from Beds at a 2 Star Hotel. Staff had coffee ready for my crew every morning at 4:30am. Stayed in 8 rooms for 3 nights. Hot Water Showers/Baths. Clean Good Towels. Clean Lobby. Quiet on a Weekend Stay. In House Laundry Room with a Key provided for Guests so our laundry was safe. Dryer didn't work too good though but they paid for the last load so we didn't have to. Overall...Will sure consider to stay there again.

The barthroom tub retain the water forever and make the soap stay around the tub(bad situation when you trying to take shower). The carpet and a/c smell very bad (almost impossible stay). The front desk never try transfer me for another room. Bad experience.Never more.

I stayed at this hotel while in town to see a football game, the room was clean and comfortable and I plan on staying here again when we come back for another game, thanks.

Close to the parks. Only about 4 miles. Clean, large room and comfortable bed. Great value. Very workable to sleep and how much time do you spend in your room when in Dallas?

A friend and I went to a concert that was literally right down the street. The rooms were clean and the A/C blew cold. That is about all we needed.

The place wouldn't have been bad except my friend and I saw the biggest cockroaches crawling from under both beds!! When we asked if we could have a different room the people at the desk were really rude and unprofessional, and they did not even apologize for there being bugs in the room. I do not plan on staying here again.
