Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this space provides the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience.

Bedrooms & Living Area

Thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, groups, or business travelers.

• Bedroom 1 features a plush king-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, premium linens, and a dedicated workstation with a desk and office chair. A 50” 4K HDR Smart TV adds entertainment to your stay. A baby crib is available upon request.

• The second sleeping area is located within the living room and is separated by large blackout curtains for privacy. It includes one king bed and two queen beds—perfect for larger groups—along with a comfy sofa bed, a 65” 4K HDR Smart TV, coffee table, and a walk-in closet.



Kitchen & Dining

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee supplies, kettle, and a full sink with hot and cold water.



Bathroom

The private bathroom is clean and well-stocked, featuring a bathtub with shower, a wash basin, toilet, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

- In-unit laundry facilities come with free detergent.

- Temperature is regulated with air conditioning and heating.

- Kitchenware and utensils are provided for cooking.

- Sleep comfortably with memory foam pillows.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets of all sizes are welcome with advance notice and confirmation to prevent potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet.



The pet fee structure depends on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.



Please be aware that the company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.



GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE STAY



To meet legal and security requirements, guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify contact information, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reasons.



All guests must sign a rental agreement that details the terms of the stay. By booking, guests agree to:



- Comply with the rental terms and conditions,

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in,

- Undergo a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms,

- Complete our verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.
