We had 3 issues while we stayed. First was that our TV did not work in the room when we first arrived. It was resolved the next day. Second was that we had ants crawling around on the countertop of the kitchenette area numerous times thru-out our stay. Please note we did not have any food or dirty dishes sitting out and did nothing to attract them. Third, there were renovations going on with the windows while we were there so there was heavy machinery and workers doing things as early as 7:30 each day which always woke my wife up earlier than she wanted to get up. The staff were great but these 3 things reduced our satisfaction in regards to the hotel in general.
My room was upgraded with a small extra charge to a one-bedroom suite. The room was clean and very comfortable. The free full breakfast was a great addition.
They updated the public areas a few years ago but there are a few signs of the property aging. Altogether an excellent place to stay. I particularly like the free breakfast.
Great property, it was everything we expected. If pressed to offer something to improve it would be the AC in the third floor. Our room cooled to 75 degrees. We keep it cooler in our home. However we are not complaining, after all it is the middle of August in Texas where daily highs regularly hit 110.
Everything was fine, except for the front entrance being torn up for the replacing of the concrete in the front parking area. It was difficult to use the luggage carts to get my bags into the building.
I've been staying here for the last several years on my annual visit to Dallas. I find the rooms to be comfortable and I like the full kitchen. I especially like that they have brought back the free full breakfast.
The property was quiet and in a good location . It was clean with a nice kitchen . However, as a booking agent myself the couch in the room very outdated with few spots that you can tell was covered up . It should be replaced or removed also , it could use some remodeling ( paint walls & elevator ). The parking was safe and easy ( no charge that’s was nice ). Pool was clean . Overall , it has a modern taste and pretty decent hotel .
Love the kitchen but needed coffee mugs. There is ants in kitchen. Customer service is excellent. Will be back.

My favorite place to stay in Dallas
We picked this hotel because it offered the space we were looking for to accommodate our family during our trip. It was in a good location based on the things we planned to do during our trip. Unlike the photo shown on the website, this property is very old and in need of upgrades. Now, I know why I couldn't find additional photos on the site. The computer system was down upon check-in and was down when we checked out two days later. The hotel had a damp smell. Some rooms on our floor were under renovation which caused the hallways to be drafty. In my opinion, this area of the hotel probably should've been closed. Our room didn't include the toiletry items typically found in hotels. The furniture was outdated and the sofa smelled. One of the TVs didn't work. The day we checked out we discovered one of the toilets wasn't even attached to the floor. My husband almost fell over with the toilet when he leaned too far over while sitting on it and the base of the toilet lifted from the floor. We informed the manager on duty about the issues and she didn't apologize for the inconveniences nor offer anything to compensate us for the issues. Fortunately, we didn't spend much time in the hotel. We will never book with this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it at all.

It was comfortable and easily accessible. The front desk ladies were friendly and very helpful.
I liked the sized of the room, I stayed in a 2-bdrm suite and it was a decent size but the furniture and carpet was old, there were stains on the couch. There were a few ants in the kitchen area but they were harmless, this can be alarming for some people. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and there were ample parking.
