Booked online and PAID for a king sized bed and they gave my room away and ended up with two double beds instead. The receptionist stated it was a "1st come 1st serve" situation. Roaches in my room! No DO NOT DISTURB signs, so the cleaning staff kept knocking on my door at 8 AM, 9 AM and 10 AM to clean my room!! Never booking here again!

We were not in our room for more than half an hour. There was cocroach on the ceiling we immediately took out lugage back to our truck and went to desk and asked for refund. The clerk did ask that he would put us in another room but we didn't want that. We did show him the picture of the visitor . The deal attendantwas very patience and courteous

Although I stay in a comfort inn But I feel I like I live in double tree 4 star quality. Although outside looks like a nomall inn But inside the room it's clean and big

Great location. Didn't use the gym or have breakfast, can't comment.

Stayed one night. Room was a bit outdated but currently under remodel but still not bad overall.

Bathroom definitely needed to be cleaned possibly upgraded

A front desk staff was not friendly. There was a mistake at the check in process and I received a phone call around 11pm (of course I was sleeping) saying that my room was checked in under someone else's name. It sounded like I have to leave the room right away or something. There was no apologize from the hotel for this mistake and it sounded like it was my fault. Then, next day, my flight got changed and needed to check out early. I told the front desk staff that I don't need to get a refund for that night and I wanted to leave right away. He refused to let me check out, instead, he told me to call Orbitz and cancel my reservation instead. It took me at least 10 minutes to contact Orbitz since I didn't have the phone number right away. The Orbitz customer service insisted that he'd call the hotel to request refund for the night (which I said I did not want it and needed to check out right away). Once the Orbitz customer service staff called the front desk, I was able to leave the hotel keys with the front desk and check out. I asked for a receipt. The front desk staff refused and told me that he would mail me the receipt after the following day. I am not sure if just me who struggled with this front desk staff but definitely he made our staff so terrible that I do not want to recommend this hotel to anyone else....

Hotel clerk was personable and helpful. Parking a little tight - at least two parking spaces inaccessible due to bushes not being well-enough trimmed. Bedroom with teo queens was fine. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom had. Racks in tub/shower area. Maintenance needed. Special hospital rates available if ordered direct from hotel. Everything seemed clean. oerfect for my one night stay. Good value as well as greatvlication. Would stay again and recommend despite easily fixed deficiencies.

Loved everything about the hotel except the bathrooms...old, old and handles coming off shower.... Mildew everywhere, chipped tub

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Will visit again. Great breakfast.

I Arrived at 2 pm. Front desk said it was not time to check in yet but a couple walked in 15 min. after me. He gave him a room and the keys. Then the maintenance guys just knocked at the door and said they need to fix the door in my room. Alarm clock was off at 4am. What else can go wrong?

The shower/tub was very slippery. That is all I have to add.

The room was ok, The bathroom is dated and was not very clean.

Stayed one night and was highly impressed with the hotel. Nice quiet location, wonderful room and comfy bed. Definitely will be coming back.

First thing that greated us was a giant dead cockroach in our room. The bathroom sink was stopped up, absolutely NO power in the shower and the side entry door on the ground floor, while not broken, had to be opened manually by someone on the inside to let you in and out. Worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in. And I choose this family of hotels because I can always count on good value for the overall cost.

My experience was good the hotel was in a nice location the service was good

Very good service, early arrival , a room was ready to check in early. Convenient location, easy to find.

Clean and priced well. Staff helpful. Good location.

The hotel was clean and decent, but nothing spectacular. It was perfect for an overnight stay, but this wouldn't be a place that i would spend an entire vacation. Staff was nice, but did not go above and beyond any expectation. All-in-all, it was a okay.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel based on value and cleanliness.
