I arrived late and only stayed for one night, so I don't have a whole lot to write about.

Contacted hotel shortly before my arrival notified them to hold my room for a very, very late arrival which they did and then had to contact them again for another change to a handicapped room due to an injury. They were very accommodating and did a great job making me feel safe and comfortable.

Upon checking in we were told that pets were not allowed on the upper floors of the hotel, should've know that prior to booking! We have a small dog that we taken and stayed in luxury hotels with in the past, but apparently comfort suites has some "dog rooms" and that's where they put us! The AC unit wouldn't come on properly, the sheets were stained and torn, the valance in the curtains had a good quarter inch of dust on it, there was hair in the toilet, popcorn kernels all over the carpet, the soft drinks and other items were locked in a room, you had to find someone to open it, there were no vending machines the breakfast was tasteless, the doors to rooms were hard to unlock and very heavy and that's just the interior! The exterior had not been mowed in some time, weeds were knee deep so trying to take my dog out was nasty. The reason we stayed there was for convenience to the location of our event and we arrived late, so getting another room was impossible. I'm offended that we got sent to the "dog room" and I can't believe this hotel is allowed to stay in business!!

The room didn't have any curtains on the window, the toilet seat was dirty and paint and rubble on everything. I'm aware you're under construction, but do an overview of your rooms before giving them. Also, when I filled the tub up with water the clerk had to come up and tell me I was flooding the rooms below me... The phones also did not work at all and the wifi would not connect. They just need to make sure all their loose ends are fixed. Great location though! Once finished it will be great.

Everything seemed average except the room, which was above average. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the appearance of the room.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The indoor pool was empty when I was there, so I was able to enjoy it fully. The room was large and clean. The beds were a bit soft, but ample pillows were provided that were both soft and firm. Good channel selection on the TV. Great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the hotel! The hotel is also pet friendly, which is rare. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The elevator kind of smelled but the rooms were good and had a comfortable stay.

I was Leary about the cost and the good deal I was getting But once getting into the room and seeing the amnenities I was very impressed. Room was clean very spacious and comfortable Will definately stay here again

I recently stayed in Dallas for a few days this fall, and one of my prime criteria was finding an indoor pool. This place fit the bill, and I enjoyed the suite which was only slightly higher in price than a standard hotel room in the same area.

Pleasant, efficient and comfortable. I like that they made a luggage tag out of my business card. Very nice touch.

Great and clean place to stay. Close to everything

The finishes were old and torn up, the bathroom was not clean, the sheets and blankets were worn and looked old. The location was convenient so that is why I booked it but I would not return.

The staff is extra friendly. Did not meet a single rude person. The room wasn't exactly as pictured but with having 6 of us in one room, we were pretty comfortable. The bathroom looked a little worn for wear (cracked tiles, stains in the bathtub, and some black on a corner of the caulk) but otherwise clean. The breakfast was TOP NOTCH for a free continental breakfast. We loved the selection of waffle batter and the biscuits and gravy! Oh and the personalized note with the water and snack was really impressive!! I would reccommend this place and wouldn't mind going back.

There was an issue with some towels that were left on the side of the tub before I arrived in the room. Outside of that issue the staff was excellent. The morning breakfast was enjoyable but could use a little more variety.

We dont take very many trips because the family size we have. This trip was the best one yet. The people that worked their was wonderful. The food at breakfast was great., but the room was clean, roomy and had everything we needed and we have a family of 7. We would recommend this hotel to our freinds and familys.

The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. Better than I had expected considering it was one of the less expensive hotels in the area. Inside access to rooms so that was a plus in my book. Breakfast was not lavish but adequate. Would definitely stay there again.

Traveling on federal per diem, I was not excited about staying at the site of our conference at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center--where the reduced cost per night was $122 (without tax). Through [...] at the Comfort Inn in Addison, I was only 4 miles away, and I didn't have to pay for parking, internet service, and breakfast was free--all for less than half of the basic cost at the conference site. Comfort Inn rooms were large, with a separate living area from the sleeping area, with a couch, side chair, eating table, wet bar with refrigerator, and two televisions. I not only saved taxpayers a bit of money by staying 4 miles away, but was pleased with the conveniences offered by the Comfort Inn's facilities. The Comfort Inn is also in the middle of restaurant row in Addison, so there are plenty of eating choices.

This Comfort Suites is in need of paint, cleaning and carpet makeover. We asked for a rollaway bed and did not get one the first night and the following night got a crib. Walls were dirty in dire need of paint. Only good thing was the breakfast. Will never stay there again!

The Comfort Suites North/Galleria was clean, comfortable, and affordable. I was impressed with the location of the hotel and the ammenities. The suite with seperate bedroom and living room was a plus. I also appreciated the included microwave and fridge. Considering all of the ammenities, the price was shockingly affordable. I would stay at this location again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

The hot tub was broke my entire 5 day stay. Felt it should have been fixed prior to the second day. Pool was cold. There was no meat for breakfast. Refrigerator froze all my food, temp control did not work. There was no showtime on the TV On a positive note, I felt safe at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be aware of all that was going on. The room was incredible. Very roomy and spacious. I reallly liked the room. All in all it was a good stay.
