First thing we walked in, I was greeted with a wall of cigarette smoke. Check-in staff was belligerently yelling at a customer on the phone who was desperate for a ride from the airport and promptly slammed the phone down. Then another dissatisfied customer was on her way out the door and warned us of the terrible customer service when the same belligerent check-in employee spat curses at her. I've never seen customers treated so badly in my life.

We arrived at the airport at 11:30, called the hotel to ask about the shuttle, waited 25 mins and the shuttle had not arrived yet. Called the hotel again and the shuttle finally arrived 10 mins later. The driver was extremely rude and complained about having to pick up so many people at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel 7-10 mins later, the entire lobby smelled of smoke (cigarette and weed). The entire hotel needs a facelift...very old and worn.

The shuttle was nice and prompt. The room was clean although a bit small. Staff was very nice. They were short staffed but worked quickly and were friendly.

Room was cleaned, trash gone, but bed was. It made and short in clean towels and wash cloth.???????????????????????

Great price, shuttle to airport, and cheap parking while traveling. Also had good amount of free breakfast items. Hotel is just a little old.

A very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was ample with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, sweet rolls, bagels, toast, cereal, etc.

We enjoyed the staying with good price. Thanks for the nice breakfast

Cheap hotel near the airport, but that's about it. It's currently being remodeled so hopefully it will improve. The lobby and eating area reaked of smoke and no wonder b/c people were smoking right next to both exits. Several things in room were broken or in need of repair.

The room never did cool down, we had to go home and get a fan, then our bathing suits ended up getting left behind, but I did call within minutes of leaving and asked if they would please get them. They assured me I could pick them up later that day. They were never seen again. Very disappointing, except for the breakfast which was plenty and much variety. Will never stay there again. I need a cool room to sleep in, and I can't say that is what I got there. Complaining did no good.

I've used this property twice. I'ts a good place for a layover or if your leaving early in the morning. Denny's 24 hour restaurant just across the road.

The bed was infested with bed bugs; had to wake up at 4 am and asked for the room change . The front desk personnel didn't believe till he came and saw the bugs. Finally changed me to another room. I did not want to take chances so got orbits to change the hotel.

The only problem I had was the dresser was leaning forward and the drawers stayed open. I notified the front desk, but nothing was done. I had to make a shim on my own. Also the only ice machine is on the 1st floor. On the flip side, the breakfast is pretty good.

Good location and good breakfast. That's about all this place had going for it....Belgian waffles in the shape of Texas. Room was dirty, literally inches of dust caked on the lampshades and other locations. Large red stains in several places on the carpet. Bathroom door didn't lock. Lock-off to next door didn't seem secure. Someone had punched through the bathroom wall. We checked in late and I was left with the feeling that this room, at the far end of the hall, is saved for last because it's such a miserable mess.

Was "sprucing" up rooms with paint & caulk. Fumes were off the charts as soon as we entered room. When I went to front desk I was told to raise window in room. Won't be staying at Quality Inn again.

It is good on overall and as being a better service please provide clay plates or metalic plates and cups for breakfast instead of plastic

The hotel is nice, just need some updates in the bathroom

Other then the condition, it was a nice place, very dated, unpainted patches in bathroom, stains on comforter and rugs. I guess for the price it was equal, Staff was great!!

We checked in and checked right back out. Our room smelled like urine. It was so bad I could not get the smell out. Also our comforters were dirty and had holes in them. I will never stay there again. I also did not understand why we had to have cash deposit that they would hold at the front desk after paying in full

No comment, but for sure i will never sleep there ever again

overall a good place

The shuttle was nice and prompt. The room was clean although a bit small. Staff was very nice. They were short staffed but worked quickly and were friendly.

Great price, shuttle to airport, and cheap parking while traveling. Also had good amount of free breakfast items. Hotel is just a little old.

emergency with ac out at home / not much better
