The room never did cool down, we had to go home and get a fan, then our bathing suits ended up getting left behind, but I did call within minutes of leaving and asked if they would please get them. They assured me I could pick them up later that day. They were never seen again. Very disappointing, except for the breakfast which was plenty and much variety. Will never stay there again. I need a cool room to sleep in, and I can't say that is what I got there. Complaining did no good.

I've used this property twice. I'ts a good place for a layover or if your leaving early in the morning. Denny's 24 hour restaurant just across the road.

The bed was infested with bed bugs; had to wake up at 4 am and asked for the room change . The front desk personnel didn't believe till he came and saw the bugs. Finally changed me to another room. I did not want to take chances so got orbits to change the hotel.

The only problem I had was the dresser was leaning forward and the drawers stayed open. I notified the front desk, but nothing was done. I had to make a shim on my own. Also the only ice machine is on the 1st floor. On the flip side, the breakfast is pretty good.

Good location and good breakfast. That's about all this place had going for it....Belgian waffles in the shape of Texas. Room was dirty, literally inches of dust caked on the lampshades and other locations. Large red stains in several places on the carpet. Bathroom door didn't lock. Lock-off to next door didn't seem secure. Someone had punched through the bathroom wall. We checked in late and I was left with the feeling that this room, at the far end of the hall, is saved for last because it's such a miserable mess.

Was "sprucing" up rooms with paint & caulk. Fumes were off the charts as soon as we entered room. When I went to front desk I was told to raise window in room. Won't be staying at Quality Inn again.

It is good on overall and as being a better service please provide clay plates or metalic plates and cups for breakfast instead of plastic

Other then the condition, it was a nice place, very dated, unpainted patches in bathroom, stains on comforter and rugs. I guess for the price it was equal, Staff was great!!

We checked in and checked right back out. Our room smelled like urine. It was so bad I could not get the smell out. Also our comforters were dirty and had holes in them. I will never stay there again. I also did not understand why we had to have cash deposit that they would hold at the front desk after paying in full

We only stayed one night but it was worth the $$. Good price for 2 beds. Very comfortable. Everything seems fine. The staff was nice.

There were a couple positives about this hotel. Number one it had a shuttle that was free from DFW. It also had a free breakfast spread that was mediocre at best. The room itself needed new carpeting and the bathroom sink drain wouldn't let the water out once I had it filled up. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

The stuff could be nicer ! I was traveling with a year old child and I needed a crib . Web site says the hotel can provide me with it. So I called them to reserve it, but they told me they have only one and it first come first served! And hang up on me! So I end up having no crib for my baby .

Place was very clean and hand great service to its guest

The staff was not friendly at all. Didn't even verbally tell me my room number or any info as I was checking in. Good thing it was on the key card envelope. Walls and doors are thin so you can hear everything going on in the room next door. Not a bad place to stay if you just need a bed before an early morning flight.

Found roaches in my room and when I went to tell the staff they said they had no more rooms left because they were full so they handed me a can of raid to spray the roaches. Went back to my room and tell my boyfriend what happen he went up there and they gave him a choice that we could change rooms or get our money refunded ....but they told a female that they had no more rooms hmmm....will never stay there or at another one again

Overall building is not updated and very rundown. Many things need to be addressed before I would stay there again. No positive recommendations from me.

This was not what I expected the star rating is too high for the room result. Stains on the towels, floor, walls. Hall way smells bad.

Hotel was great for the price. close to airport and had a shuttle at 4 AM for us to get to the airport. staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean

emergency with ac out at home / not much better
