This is a last resort place to say since it only has the absolute necessities: bed and a shower. If you are only looking for a place to stay for a short time and you have low standards, this is the place. I must say that that there should not even be a free wifi status on this place, since it was terrible and ended up not working after a few hours on any of my devices. The bed is rather large, but that does not make up for how uncomfortable it was, very hard, my back was sore after the first night. The showers were disgusting, mold and mildew in the corners of the shower, as well as the shower curtain which I avoided touching at all costs, and I did not enter the shower without wearing flip flops. I stayed a few days so I decided a few fresh fruits and vegetables and water would be a good idea, only to find out the fridge does not work... It is for show... Very disappointing in this Texas heat. Overall, would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay for more than a a day or two, max. In retrospect, spending the extra money at another hotel would have been worth it.
Microwave didn't work, the shower is old and ghetto, floor is gross, and everything outdated as the room is showing their age do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Not to mention the management was very rude when they had to fix our tv basically one of them insulated my boyfriend by saying he was stupid we will never return here again
Staff is friendly, however this is an old hotel with no upgrades. Towels were stained, dusty, TV did not work. Bathroom looked clean but did not smell fresh. Sheets were clean, comforter was old and worned. The chairs for the table was spotted. Looks like they do rent weekly guest. Location was excellent, staff friendly, it's family run. But they can invest in upgrading and repairing cracked walls and paint. Will not personally be staying there again. But it's ok for anyone with a hang over to rest their head for the night. My rating is low due to the condition of the place not the service I received at the counter.
Once the lady came out to help, she couldn't find my reservation. Even after looking at my printed confirmation, she insisted that I had no reservation and then she questioned the rate that had been given. She finally rented me a room but I don't think she wanted to. The saddest part was that there were zero cars in the parking lot.
No way will we stay here anymore, no coffee, no free breakfast, they ask us not to book on line anymore, but they wanted to charge us $69.95 a night, I am glad I book it on line, I got it for $47.00 a night on line for this price get what you paid for, only thing good about it that it was close to AT&T Stadium, Walmart was right across the street from AT&T Stadium go there for all your cowboy needs Jerseys T-shirts hats etc. cheaper then the NFL shop
Great place I was able to walk to The University of Texas of Arlington within 4 minutes. I came to visit my daughter during spring break. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable for the price. Will return again! Also, try out Beirut Cafe, right across the street, great hummus!
I stayed a weekend here in November. I had an excellent stay. The staff was superb - very friendly and accomodating. I booked at the last minute and it wasn't a problem. The hotel was also central to the places I needed to go. When it was time for me to leave someone on the staff took me to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to say that my room was very clean.
The staff was so incredibly nice, made me feel at home away from home. Anything I need they where on top of it. Will have to stay there again when I go back. Also there are a lot of places to eat close by and they staff are willing to make suggestions. They also made suggestions for places to sight see. The Parkway Inn is top notch for the price.
I had a excellent stay at the hotel. I was running late to the Cowboys game and the front staff even gave me a ride because the taxi was taking too long. I got to meet great people who were going to the game. The room was great for the price. There is a Starbucks nearby for breakfast and great places to eat nearby: A Thai place, Taco Bell, Potbelly's, Chipotle, Nizza Pizza, Panda House, just to name a few. I am a season ticket holder and this is the place I typically stay at for the home games.
I had to a last minute reservation for the Hotel and I booked Parkway Inn and I didn't expected the services might be so good. The Help Desk is very friendly and the rooms are pretty fine, I would suggest if you are going for Cowboys this is a very good option. Apart from that the rates are not too high so that's a plus point.
