The hotel is very nice and clean. Our stay was for 1 night only, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast items were fresh and plenty available for a quick bite.

It was quiet, comfy and close to where I was doing my business. Easy access to highway, not to bad neighbourhood, close to a small college campus. Breakfast not bad either.

Practical and functional, Good people in the service

I would not recommend it to anyone.. You have to borrow the iron from the front desk. The rooms have no trashcans refrigerators or microwaves. Dont waste your time

I was in Dallas on business. The hotel is dated, but clean. The rooms are small and efficient. They remind me of European hotels. There were no shampoo bottles in the rooms, but you could obtain them from the front desk. Breakfast was danish, muffin, cereal, and make your own Texas-shaped waffle. The staff was nice and overall it was a good experience.

So restful to have a bed that is clean and pillow that doesn't smell like trucker cologne! The layout on this space is great - a place to put suitcase out of the way in closet and the window seat can be seating or ledge, bathroom out of the way with space to put makeup and toiletries. Actual plug for each side of the bed for computer or phone charger. A/C worked and didn't seem toxic with germs. Window well-placed to see car in parking lot.

The hotel is an average cheap hotel, my biggest complaint is that they looked for things to charge you for. We called in advance and told them we needed a late checkout. They said that if we were out by 1 there would be no extra charge. We left at 12:45 and still charged extra for late check out. When confronted about it they denied ever saying they would not charge. I think it is better to pay a bit more and stay in a nicer place than deal with their petty charges. They charged almost double for having 2 extra guest in the room. I was aware of this charge before I arrived because I had called ahead and told them I was bringing my two daughters. Bad customer service and petty charges!

great location,10 to 15 minutes from downtown dallas, very clean room and great security at night.pretty good hotel for a cheap price.the only thing is no hair dryer and iron.

Hotel was very clean and looked relatively new. Staff was very friendly. Room is small, but comfortable. Easy access to the main highway exchange so it was easy to leave there to any destination in the Dallas area.

When we arrived at 1am to this hotel they had "cancelled our reservation" due to "credit card denial." When we called Orbitz it was revealed that the hotel had run our Orbitz account 2 weeks earlier than Orbitz policy allows, causing the account to be "denied." Rather than complying with Orbitz policy, the hotel decided to cancel our reservation without contacting either us or Orbitz. All in all we had a horrible experience, Orbitz customer service was GREAT and called the hotel on our behalf. After getting nowhere we were forced to drive around in Dallas and find another hotel with vacancies in the middle of the night. O yeah, this was also the last night of our honeymoon. Thanks a lot Microtel for being unprofessional and going against your agreement with Orbitz.

The room was clean. Hotel was pretty dirty. Staff were not too friendly. Good location. Can be noisy, you can hear everything in the hallway very clearly inside you're room. Good for just a night.
