The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great! The location was perfect and it was easy to get in and out of. Would definitely recommend to other and would stay here again.

My initial reaction was one of horror because of the renovation going on. The Hotel on the outside looked nothing like it showed on the website. However, although even the actual reception area had a lot of debris on the floor the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also very good so I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others, especially for the location

Its great, everything near , bank, wal mart, stadiums and six flags, everything within 10 mins

A large cockroach crawled under our door which we were able to kill. We told the front desk (Ryan) and he made a comment "is it dead, what do you want me to do about it". One of the sliding doors was not working from the outside and I told him that it's not working and he argued with me that it was. After we left a day later it still wasn't fixed. Overall the hotel was not bad but this person shouldn't be doing customer service.

I was invited to be in my 1st cousin's wedding and so I booked this hotel at the last minute. The hotel is not special but it was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Now if your wanting to book a hotel for your family that is in the middle of everything this is the one. Dallas stadium, Ranger field, Six Flags, and Wet N wild are all within a mile of this hotel.

Close to the stadiums good hotel good brake fast..

While there was nothing extraordinary about the hotel, there wasn't anything to complain about either. The staff were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. My son and I flew in from Canada to take in a Cowboys game. Location is absolutely unbeatable. We walked to the stadium and back in about 25 minutes. If you are not there for a Cowboys or Rangers game, there is very little to see or do. It suited us just fine.

This is an older hotel that HIE has tried to improve, but it still needs some work. The rooms are clean, but the common areas need more attention. Breakfast is ok, except for the eggs which are dry pellets. Cinnamon rolls are the best thing about staying here. The elevator situation is really inconvenient. It's at the far end of the building and requires going through several doors to get to a second floor room. I've stayed here a few times, but think I'll shop around before the next trip to Arlington. There's got to be a better place.

I had a good overnight stay and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT, WE GOT MUCH -NEED REST FOR OUR COWBOYS GAME, THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS, WE WERE VERY APPRECIATIVE FOR THE SHUTTLE THAT PICKED US UP FOR THE GAME, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, WE PLAN TO STAY THERE AGAIN FOR OUR NEXT GAME

toilet was stopped up when I arrived. Breakfast was good. Room was otherwise fine with plenty of TV choices and good climate control. Location was perfect for what I needed, although there weren't many restaurants in the area.

while I wanted a place close to the airport I still wanted it in a central location. The outside was ohhum but the beds were wonderfull. Normally before a flight I can't sleep, but here no worries. I will have remember this place.

We stayed to see the Yankees game and the Cowboys Giants game. Stayed 5 nights. Close to both stadiums & Six Flags, but not very inviting. Rooms have a microwave & fridge, but no table to put food on. Just the desk. Tough to eat with my son on a desk with only one chair. Overall, not bad, but will spend a little more next time to find something better.

Not worth the money

Hotel was in tired condition. Internet signal was not available in my room. Wired connection not availabe. Renovations are reportedly starting next month.

Very pleasant. Hotel staff was nice. The Complimentary breakfast was awesome. We were very close to Six Flags. Would recommend this location and visit again.

We were in town for Ranger ball games. Hotel was nice & located in great sot but it was hard to find at first. Pool was great. Used the trolley once to go to ball game and no problems. Good breakfast in the mornings. Kids slept in and still had time to eat! Rooms were comfortable & clean. But we had a non smoking room. And kept smelling smoke. Morning we left was the worst. Come to find out, we were next door to a smoker and shared air system.

even though we stayed only one night we enjoyed it, some us stayed in to swim in the pool and the hot tub while the others caught the trollie to the rangers game(the hotel provided the tickets to ride), so everyone great time.

Great location, near The Ballpark, Six Flags, and Cowboy's stadium. Pool was very good. Easy to find from I-30. Enjoyed the stay very much.

very good, would stay there again.

Our exterior renovation is coming to an end and I will speak to the Executive Housekeeping about the service mentioned. We look forward to your next visit.
