Very close to airport and perfect fir overnight stay to fly out early

I searched for a hotel near the airport and we got this one. It was actually 7 miles from the airport and right in the middle of a huge hub of strip clubs. I guess that's fine if you're not traveling with your children. Seeing half naked people in the hallways and lobby were not the highlight of our stay.

We got there and were worried when we pulled up but were only staying one night so we decided to give it a chance. My brother in law almost got high in the elevator, we saw a man zipping up his pants and paying an escort a few doors down from our room and to top it all off there was a man yelling outside our room at one in the morning about how his girlfriend should just stab him. We stayed here because it got good ratings and was close to the airport. Horrible hotel!! The rooms upstairs were fairly clean and the lady at the front desk was nice but nothing I will never stay there again!

Had to put up a $100 deposit to get into the room...evidently a lot of customers damage the rooms. One of the lamps was not plugged in so I had to move the king size bed to find the plug in. When I checked out they had someone examine my room twice to make sure I didn't damage the room. Poorly run hotel. I will never stay again at Holiday Inn property just because of these people.

IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY, WE WERENT THERE LONG BUT IT WAS A GOOD LOCATION.

The hotel is well equipped. Breakfast was delicious. Vending machines at the end of the hall. Pool was clean. Gym was decent for some cardio. The room was clean and fresh. No bed bugs. One thing was the bed was a bit uncomfortable but the pillows were heaven. Anything you can think of they had supplied for you. It was a comfortable stay! The room where I stayed shook a lot. Not terrible but just an observation.

My family of four flew down to Dallas for a JFK history tour. We stayed at the holiday in express just off of N. Northwest Highway. Location of the hotel was excellent, just a few short minutes away from the Six Floor Museum, Dealey Plaza and other JFK related history. The hotel hot breakfast was good with the exception of the hard pancakes. They were made from a machine which makes it tough to get fluffy pancakes. Everything else about the breakfast including the start time of 6:30 AM was great. The hotel pool was nice. The one late afternoon we decided to visit the pool, we found the pool taken over by a nine-member Harley motorcycle touring group. I can't really place blame on the hotel here as they were paying guest too. My 12-year-old son experienced some pretty colorful language while at the pool that day. A larger pool would've been nice however that would significantly increase the room rates for the hotel. Having more tables, chairs and patio chairs would have made my experience at the pool much more pleasant. The hotel only had one computer for guest use which I'm sure is adequate most of the time however the one time that I wanted to use the computer there was another guest occupying the computer for 30+ minutes. Purchasing another computer or displaying a policy which limits the one time usage of the PC would have solved this problem. Overall or stay at the Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable and therefore I feel a four out of five is accurate for most categories.

Management and Staff was wonderful and accommodating. However, 4:30 am taxi driver took me on $15 fare to Love Field, is 3-miles from Hotel! A designated taxi service would be nice, to ensure safety of all Hotel Guests.

The brekfast was good, the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and safe. The rooms were big, i loved that. Definitely I will come back.

Getting married in two weeks and this hotel was perfect. Right on strip club row. Best of all there is a Waffle House right in front.

I recently stayed there to work at the market center and it was a great distance from where I was working! Only 7 minutes away!!!! Great place!

It's close to the auction i go to and suitable location from expressway

This hotel is in a good location for business travel. It is near both airports and is close to a highway for quick commuting. The rooms are pretty average and the staff is friendly. They remembered me based on my phone call when I checked in. I continue to use this hotel because it is close to work and has a Starbucks just around the corner. All in all a pretty good hotel.

Always stay here during my business trip and definitely love the hotel because its close to the airport and it has everything I need!

We were just passing thru, the location was great, the size of bathroom was nice, breakfast was great, the room could have been cleaner and they should designate a floor just for smokers and pets and monitor all entrances for people trying to sneek them up. Staff does not need to come to room unless called or the guest have checked out.

No special, no issues. Room was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and flat screen TV. Wafflehouse on the corner and movie theaters 5 minutes away.

We booked this hotel because it was close to a pro football stadium in the metroplex. This is some 30 minutes away from this location. The travel web site we used did not show a listing for actual name of the new stadium; hence our confusion. We were not at all pleased. This hotel is ok, but it is in an older area of the metroplex and not where I would normally choose to stay in this area.

The elevator quit working while we were there and it was difficult to get our baggage back to the car. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.

The customer service was not good. I went on a trip for business. When I checked into the hotel it was ok, they did their job but it was not anything special that stood out to me. But the longer that I was there the service just went down. I had a problem and one lady was very nice and acted like she was going to help me but some how another woman there tried to take over and was very rude and so I ask to speak to the manager. She then told me that he was at lunch and that she did not know when he would be back and that she could not call him. I waited around for a call from him for hours. I called back a few times because it had been so long and she actually hung up on me one time. It was later on that day, several hours later before I finally got to talk to him. The issue was worked out but it was an awful experience. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed the stay it was surrounded by almost everything you would need or want. the rooms are a pretty good size, and the beds were very comfortable.
