Nice location, clean room, easy access. The bed was a little too soft for us, but otherwise was great.

everything is great about this Hotel , people are great, breakfast is free of charge, settle bus to JCP , walking distance for diner or food area .... this is my 3 years in the roll stay in this Hotel. Love it !

had a nice time. Went to Gas Monkey Grill and Gas Monkey Garage/gift shop. Went to the Sate Fair and made it to South Fork Ranch for a tour. A must eat is Gas Monkey Grill and Mi Cocina - Lakeside on Preston Road - Great Mexican food.

Lobby was large and good seating capacity. Good breakfast. Overall good experience

cheap and clean. No weird smell. Wifi and breakfast provided.

Decent business hotel in a central location. Mediocre continental breakfast. Clean room, good value.

My husband and I were in town for wedding. The Orbitz price fit our budget. The hotel was better than expected. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay there again. My husband wasn't very fond of the hot breakfast. I had cereal, toast and juice. Overall, I think their breakfast was adequate. Thanks Hampton Inn!

I love to stay at this hotel when I am traveling. It is a safe hotel with great, helpful staff and I refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in Plano!

I like the consistency of Hamptons. The Plano Hampton on Shepard Place in Plano was great. The breakfast was good and available on time. The staff were unusually friendly. I had no unusual needs and the stay was excellent.

We were in Plano for a family wedding, so there were quite a few of us staying in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We often would meet in the lobby area to hang out, even ordered pizzas the one night and ate @ the tables in the lobby.

The Hampton Inn Plano was a pleasure. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Friendly and efficient staff. Continental breakfast was much more than I expected. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Location was near my family members. I enjoyed my stay. Will go back.

The hotel was great-the beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were modern, quiet floor. Although, the only downfall to my three night stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was not a large selection to choose from and the fruit cup had spoiled fruit. This is the only reason why I gave the rating of three stars otherwise it was a four-five star review rating.

Visiting family member in Medical Center of Plano

We were in town for a wedding just needed a place to sleep for the. The hotel met out expecting.

Room was nice. Large TV was great and unexpected. Suggest you work out a way to be able to see a TV listing/menu. Scrolling through each channel really is a pain. Very loud air conditioner on/off cycle in the middle of night disrupts my sleep. I had to choose between being woken every 20 mins or being too hot. Not enjoyable.

Visited family. Great location

Staff was friendly. Hotel could use a face lift. One could tell it had been there quite a while.

We were in Plano for a wedding and the location of this hotel was perfect! The room was nice, the staff was very helpful, the Business Center was free with printing capability and the continental breakfast was better than most.

Everyone very nice. Everything clean. Great location.

The Hampton Inn Plano, Texas was in an upscale location with a freindly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a jacuzzi room. We had a very late arrival 2:00 a.m. and were awakened at 8:00 a.m. by very loud scrapping noise that seemed to come from above and below. Also the air conditioner did not seem to maintain the desired temperature but it was not too uncomfortable. The second night of our stay we woke up at 4:00 a.m. sweating and with sore throats. I had a nosebleed. We immediately turned off the air conditioner because it was too hot. After we told front desk they immediately sent someone to check the unit which proved to have a blown fuse. Other than those things mentioned the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
