I picked this location for an overnight stay on a business trip. The location was great to access freeways, and lots of convenient food/gas right nearby. Although there was construction on my floor, the area was clean, the room was great and I got a good value for the price. Always enjoy the coffee at a Hampton Inn!
Horrible front desk service. Looking at their cell phones 100% of the time. Whole second floor hallway ripped apart, presumably for renovation, but zero communication why the place was a disaster. I’m a Hilton Gold member and no acknowledgement or greeting. Thankfully I was there for a just two nights. Fire (false) alarm went off 9 times after 8:30 pm.
This Hampton Inn had a really friendly staff!! The Location is phenemonal right off the Interstate, and you have a sonics and kfc in walking distance! Plus starbucks and Walmart across the street! You have everything you need close by, and great room, best beds, and its a great place to stay period.
I arrived on Sunday night to find several people waiting to check in. Their system was down and the front desk had to check us in manually, which took about 20 minutes. She had to call someone to find out what to do - shouldn't people be trained? When I got to my room and turned on the tap, the water sputtered then gushed out - and it was brown. I would guess iron in the water. Got a bottle of water to use for brushing my teeth. In the morning, the system was down (still) and the front desk clerk was watching TV. Never again.
Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Stains everywhere - carpets, furniture, towels. Just gross and dirty everywhere. There is actually a dripping spot of black mold on the hallway ceiling outside of Room 206 on the second floor. I've stayed in really nice Hampton's, this isn't one of them.
We ran in and tossed our luggage into the room and ran out to the convention center. I noticed a few things that didn't look so good but the sheets were clean and I really didn't look too closely other than that. We returned quite late and immediately started noticing things that were just so wrong. The red stain we had seen hours earlier in front of the elevators was still there (red punch?) Both the chair and the stool at the end of the bed were so stained I asked my husband not to put our luggage on either of them or sit on them. There was something so sticky on the tile that my house shoes were sticking and had to be washed as soon as we arrived home. Luckily the sheets and towels seemed clean but then I noticed hair in the sink and hanging from the faucet. Though I was grossed out, it was very late and we went on to bed (sheets were clean). The next morning, my husband went down to get him coffee and me hot tea. He came back declaring it was so dirty in the eating area, that we were going out to breakfast and packing up and leaving ASAP. BTW, the red punch stain was still in front of the elevator the next morning. They say they were renovating. I would not have minded stepping over boxes of tile or walking around ladders but that is NO excuse for filth. And on top of all this, we had to pay for what should have been a "free" breakfast. Hilton! So disappointed.
Hotel needs cleaning and an upgrade. Lighting was mix-matched with warm and cool lighting. Little things matter. Everything was a little dirty and smelly. Bathroom was not as clean as other Hampton Inn's.
A decent place to stay. Rooms are typical of any average hotel. Staff is friendly. Traveled for business and location was convenient. The breakfast provided each morning was quite nice, a variety of items offered and the dining area was nicely decorated.
This hote is not your typical Hampton Inn and Suites. It was dirty everywhere. The chairs in the eating area were filthy and stained. The elevator had food and crumbs on the floor - that remained our whole stay. The front desk staff were incompetent. The breakfast food was pretty awful. The pool was green, full of trash and not working. The rooms were not good. One of our rooms had a broken shower head - so no shower! Do not stay here!!! There is a Comfort Suites in the same parking lot that is much better!
Hair on toilet seat. Dirty ice bucket. No exhaust fan in bathroom caused entire hotel room to be humid. Filthy elevators - so in need of vacuuming that debris was shoved to sidewalls of elevator. HORRIBLE knocking/banging sound at all hours of the day/night occurs in the walls whenever the elevator is being used.
