Some kind of alarm went off in my room at around 5 AM. Not sure if it was a fire alarm or what. Luckily I was getting up anyway. The room layout was excellent, more like a suite. The room smelled like feet though and the whole building had a musty feel to it.

The bathroom water smelt like sewer gas and was a very strong odor. This is an older hotel and looks shop worn. It looked like they are remodeling the outside and repainting. Most Hampton Inn are cleaner than this one.

We stayed 2 nights here. We just choose this Hampton because of price. The main issue for us was that whole bulding was freeze...AC on max almost everywhere. Room very large incl.kitchen. Cleaness can be better, but in total fine. Swimming pool very dirty. Breakfast average. Not nice location too far from public transportation. Need to use Uber. Next time we will choose other Hilton property in Dallas.

This hotel was under renovation but it was still the high quality you come to expect from the Hilton group. The area was quiet and its location is the access from I-30. You will be fairly close to downtown Dallas and not for from the Mid-Cities area

This was a seemingly new hotel that appears to have been neglected. It had odors, moldy odd odors. The public bathrooms were nasty and had no soap and toilets needed cleaning. It was being remodeled so maybe it will get better.

This location should be removed from the Hilton family of hotels. I am an Honors member and this hotel was disgusting. We checked out 2 hours after checking in. There was mold in the shower, mold in the air conditioner. Missing caulk and rust in the shower. Mystery substances on the bathroom door. Dirt under the bed skirts. Damaged and stained lamp shades. Filthy curtains. Mystery brown stains on the phone. Brown stains on the wall outside of our room. This place is Motel 6 quality NOT Hilton! We were in room 409 and I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get sick.

Title says it all - as a 70-95% traveler, I love the Hilton brand. This location does the brand name a disservice. This hotel has been rode hard and put away wet - it is a hot mess and overall disgusting. Will never stay at this location again. I would rather put another 20 min to my commute than stay here again.

Excellent stay always love Hampton Inn stays and new ways to make guests more comfortable.I have no complaints with the hotel and if your trying to get one you won't find one here everything was great

Dirty and unorganized. Poorly staffed. They did not deliver on what was advertised. The overall feeling was one of cutting corners to save costs and it reflects in the cleanliness, performance and organization.

Overall very good experience. From initial phone calls to the time of departure. We were coming in for a wedding. This weekend was actually a bad weekend because from San Antonio to Dallas we had a ver hard time finding gas stations and we were able to find very helpful front desk staff. We called before arriving and explained our situation. The check-in time being at 3 and the wedding at 2, we found another issue but with the help of the front desk staff we were able to check in early, the room was cleaned for us before our arrival. We were greeted with kindness and smiles. We were able to shower and change before the wedding. The stay was very pleasant.
