This was a perfect hotel just outside of the city. It was very easy to get on and off the highway, with not very much traffic or noise from the highway. Which was great because we didn't have to deal with all the city craziness. There were also plenty of delicious food choices around. The hotel had a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat (each day was different), bread, fresh fruit, juice, milk, cereal, and even cooked to order omelets. We arrived late for check in and the staff member, Xavier, was very pleasant to deal with and made the check in process very smooth and informative. The lobby always have hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Got to the room and was very surprised that there were pots to cook with and dishes to eat on. There is also a fridge and walk in closet. The TV swivels so you can go from the sofa area to the bed with ease. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We found used condom wrapper in the back of one bed and used tampon tube on the other. Super GROSS!

Stayed 2 nights booked through Orbitz. Excellent value. Check in was fast, staff very friendly and helpful. Large room with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, desk and separate king bedroom. Bedroom curtains were a little worn but blinds were fine. Room was very clean and everything worked fine. Single pane glass windows allowed outside noise to be heard so would recommend a building other than 5200 as it faces on to highway. Breakfast on first morning was very good, "real" scrambled eggs with ham, just like home. Second morning the eggs were more like from a carton, could just have been a different chef. Also a wide selection of other breakfast items, fruit, bagels, muffins, cereal and a make your own omelet station. We will absolutely stay here again.

This hotel left little room for complaints or additional request. I truly enjoyed this hotel and my stay and i would highly recommend this location if you visit Dallas. The hotel was conveniently located next to the expressway. Awesome hotel for the money.

Room service was good, breakfast was good, calm and quiet and price was reasonable.

This was my second stay here and my daughter's first. The room was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help.

Overall, good value for the money and decent location. A little far from DFW but I wanted to close to Plano / Richardson area.

The hotel was great and accommodated our two dogs well. We also liked the free breakfast offered daily, and the room was nice and met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is nice and quiet. Room was very clean and tidy, with a built in mini kitchen. We stayed a few days and have no complaints. My friend left her purse in the room after we checked out and we did not realize it until the next day. The staff returned the bag safe and sound. One of the better places I've stayed at with good price.

Will stay there again whenever I visit. It is close to where I need to be and I enjoyed the pool.

Suites are always clean with living and kitchen (full-sizel fridge) and great home-away-from-home for a few days. But VERY disappointed to arrive and find that it was not disclosed at time of reservation that this location is under renovation, including the registration & lobby area. The renovation and also the numerous buildings at this location made it difficult to get several of us together to prep for a meeting (normally, we do in the lobby/breakfast area of Hyatt House's). We ended up going to a restaurant. And, most of the buildings do not have elevators (only 2 floors), so if you need those, you should try another location or hotel.

The room was nice and clean and looked very nice. Was perfect for a weekend get away with my husband :)

Good basic hotel but needs remodeling, bathroom was old, room and beds were worn. All were clean

We are a family with very young children. We have family in RIchardson. The Hyatt House suites are perfect for us to stay in. They are fairly roomy, so that we could all stay in one room. The room includes a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a large refrigerator. Unfortunately, the one bedroom suit does not have a door dividing the "bad room" from the living room. We have learnt this in the past, and find that the room with two double beds and a fold-out sofa is the best option for us. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the room is reasonably clean. There are a few very close fairly good restaurants. Thanks, Hyatt House!

Spent the wonderful wedding nights. It was a good trip.

Short and simple - a great stay and I just LOVED the place!! Better than home!

The staff very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location had easy access from the interstate and several good places to eat nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay or just a couple of nights when a little more room is needed.

the halls had a terrible smell of asian food. Overpowering

Standard issue mid-range. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, mediocre breakfast. Has a motel feel due to being spread over several 2-story buildings. These are suites with couches and kitchenettes, I guess for long-term rentals if you were on a consulting contract with one of the many tech firms in the area. I would stay here again, but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

Experience was great...was able to have meetings in lobby area. Close to Telecom Area.

Our sincere apologies, you're correct -- "Super Gross." We'll address this matter with housekeeping. (I'm wondering if your stay coincided with the week our Housekeeping Supervisor was out. Typically, our "clean rooms" are recognized by our guests.) Please try us again.
