Other than the staff being friendly, I'd say stay away. The rooms are huge, but they are better suited for a prom party than staying: My door did not lock without significant fiddling - in the end, I had to use the safety latch. I stuck to the floors. It's a stay america right? Not one utensil or dish in the place. No TV in the bedroom. There looked like a blood accident happened in the bedroom. There was no shampoo or any toiletries provided except bar soap. The water was so hard I'm pretty sure I didn't wash my hair. I pulled out the extra blanket so I could watch TV on the couch (cuz there's no TV in the bedroom), I'm not going to go into what it looked like was on the blanket. No ironing board in the room. Breakfast included - I guess if coffee and granola bars constitutes breakfast. Look, I'm not tough to please. I post reviews when I'm happy or it was really bad. It was really bad.

I was in Dallas area with a family of 4. We picked this hotel intentionally and were pleased with our choice. The staff was very friendly, room was large enough, and facilities were clean. However, be aware that the breakfast was a joke! Coffee and oatmeal packages were the only food items available at 7 am. Do not consider picking up breakfast on your way out in the morning. In addition, to get internet access do not click on 'Enhanced' that does not indicate how much it will cost. Free option functions the same and it is free.

Good and comfortable hotel, I will come back to the hotel next time when I am in Dallas

Enjoyed time, quiet, close to everything, very nice size of swimming pool

It is OK for the price. Nothing exciting. It is a good deal.

Towels smelled, mold in tube, heater loud... I left after one night of a two night visit to Richardson.

Everything was as expected except the "fitness center". What little equipment they had was all broken and out of order

Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to I75 and there are a lot of food options in the surrounding 2 miles. The room was nice and clean (I check for bed bugs at all hotels) but the walls were thin and you could hear people in the hallways easily. As it has a kitchen, there were utensils and pots available for use. There were bars of soap but no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Overall it is a good hotel for the price.

Breakfast was minimal. Just afew bagels and coffee. The internet connection was for a fee of 5.00 and was slow and the next day was so slow that it was unusable.

No complaints

The location was great kind if hidden. But not too far from great dining and retail. The room was big only the night lamps we not working and some trash behind the bed notice trying to connect the lamps that didn't work. Also when calling the front desk multiple times there was no answer. Other than these issues I'd recommend for brief stays not for long visits.
