Very disappointing stay. Room was not clean and no staff to clean, one set of towels and no to bring more. Two day stay, room was not cleaned between days nor were towels replaced. Would not recommend to anyone!

This hotel experience was deplorable. The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room (son has asthma) but we found trash and cigarette butts under the pull out bed. The room smelled horribly. There were crayon drawings on a few walls. There were dirty towels and when we requested more they said they had no more clean towels so we were unable to shower that evening (had to wait for towels to be cleaned overnight). When we received the "clean" towels they were anything but clean as we found stains and hairs on them. I requested to speak with the manager and left my cell phone number but "somehow" she was never available to address these concerns. When we reported roaches/bugs in the room the staff nonchalantly asked, "Was it the big black ones?" which tells me they were aware of the problem. The room was not cleaned during our stay though, in their defense, it looked as though it hadnt been cleaned for at least a good month. We checked out of this nightmare at night when we found a better suite at another establishment. Do not waste your time or money here!!!

As soon as I saw the room I asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. The Best Western is where you should stay. Avoid this place.

Convenient to the area and an excellent accommodating staff. A coffee maker in the room would've been nice. Thank you.

Tried to check in to our hotel and they couldn't do so because they had no rooms. Really, I had made reservations and the girl checking us in kept giving rooms to people with no reservations. Horrible

Very average hotel. Very convenient location. We only stayed one night so can't say much about it. Everything worked in the room and it was clean but old and dated. There is only one entrance to the hotel off the service road and it's very easy to miss the entrance. If you miss it you have to go all the way around (no easy way to go back).

DO NOT STAY HERE. Firstly, it is completely hidden and will complicate your life to find. The room's AC hardly kept the room cool. There were bugs in the bathroom. The wifi is NOT free as advertised it is $3.99 a night. The tv only has 10 channels. And to top it off the MUTANT COCKROACHES that come out at night. I saw 7 at least that were 4 inches long. It was purely unacceptable and will NEVER be staying at any Extended Stay again.

I was not happy about my stay here. The bed was droopy And uncomfortable, the pillows were flat , The mini breakfast bar was okay.. The staff was not very at tentative to customers. We went and got an iron from front desk so my husband could iron his shorts and it was all burnt at the bottom and messed up my husbands pants. The only one who was absolutely great was Aynjel The woman who checked us in.

After calling six hours prior to advise that we would be late (after midnight) checking in, there was NO ONE in the lobby and no one answering the phones! After wandering around trying to find someone for 20 minutes, we finally had to call corporate who put us into another hotel for that night. When we got moved back to our original hotel the next day (the one with people that work at night was booked for the remainder of our stay), there was not even an apology from management or staff. Thankfully, corporate had already agreed to compensate us for our trouble. The room was disappointing ... the "kitchen" if you can really call it that, was crammed into place and anything one might need in a kitchen had to be obtained from the office and carried back to your room. Since we were placed way in the back of the property, that would have been yet another hassle with the property. Overall, the savings on the cost of the room didn't outweigh the problems with this property. We won't be booking this extended stay property for our trip next year, to say the very least.

the staff was very kind. The room was so stinky the staff sprayed fabreeze but it didn't help. The room was also dirty. The front desk said they shampoo the rug but what the heck happened in there? There was no other rooms to move too. Was disappointed with hotel but thought the front desk people were very nice.

The hotel room smelled like smoke. The next day we switched rooms. Did not have hideabed like we requested. Second room was nice and had hideacouch. We paid extra for it. Room was basic.

quiet room away from the noise and haste of busy Arlington, very close to the Airport and Shopping Centers. You can see At&t stadium ..home of the Dallas Cowboys in the distance.

First of all...very disgusted with how this "hotel" was portrayed on this picture...it looks like a hotel but really is a motel. The first night when we pulled down the covers there was dirt and hair all throughout the sheets...at 4am my wife jumped out of bed and found a cockroach in her pant leg of her pajamas and then 2 more crawling around the room. There were no hand towels and bathtub felt like you would fall through...this place was disgusting, staff was respectable and were able to transfer to another hotel free of charge. Will never stay here again!

The ONLY thing going for this place is the close proximity to ATT Stadium, otherwise it was GROSS! A non-smoking room smelled so bad of smoke that my clothes absorbed the smell. Cockroaches in the room. Staff had no idea what was nearby to occupy my time (found out later Six Flags was blocks away). I would definitely pay a higher rate for a nicer place. Never again!

Hotel was close to everything we needed to be close to. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were average as far as comfort level. The room hadn't been cleaned very well at all though. There was hair everywhere. Had to kill two roaches as well. Probably will stay at a different hotel next time.

Normally Me and my boyfriend come here for a little weekend getaway but this last time I got a spider bite and ended up with a serious Staph infection..... This is the last time I will stay here

The location of this place was the only thing going for it. The room was clean-ish but lots of grout in the tiles and overall a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend and I had only one towel to use and absolutely no blankets just a thin sheet. It was close to AT&T stadium and that's all we needed for our quick trip for the Cotton Bowl.

Only being in the area overnight, I was satisfied with the accommodations provided. Not only was room cousy and clean I also wasn't bothered by the neighbors. My only concern was location, being on the service road and poorly lit was difficult at first to fine. Overall I was pleased with my stay for the price. It definitely worked for me!

If you need a room while your in town to catch a Cowboys game this is it. Only a few miles from the stadium and its a nice place and affordable

filthy hotel with poor service. do not stay here

As soon as I saw the room I asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. The Best Western is where you should stay. Avoid this place.

Tried to check in to our hotel and they couldn't do so because they had no rooms. Really, I had made reservations and the girl checking us in kept giving rooms to people with no reservations. Horrible

average hotel...convenient location

Very average hotel. Very convenient location. We only stayed one night so can't say much about it. Everything worked in the room and it was clean but old and dated. There is only one entrance to the hotel off the service road and it's very easy to miss the entrance. If you miss it you have to go all the way around (no easy way to go back).
