Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



The following types of vehicles will be turned away at check-in:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or malfunctioning controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or those exceeding the 6'8" height limit.

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-like controls.



Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellation. A cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:



* For stays of 1 to 4 nights: \$25 per pet, per night

* For stays of 5 to 29 nights: \$200 per pet

* For stays of 30 nights or more: \$300 per pet



Please note that we are not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



Guest verification is required before check-in.



To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.
