Other Things to Note:
**Parking Restrictions:**
Please note that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. As per the building's parking policy, large vehicles will be refused entry during check-in.

The following types of vehicles will not be permitted:

1. Vehicles with malfunctioning controls, breathalyzer systems, or defective brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, passenger vans with 10+ seats, or any vehicle taller than 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers, which may be difficult to maneuver in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that lack standard car-like controls.



**Pet Policy:**
Pets are welcome based on size, but please inform us in advance to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee applies per pet:

- $25 per night, per pet (for stays of 1-4 nights)
- $200 per pet (for stays of 5-29 nights)
- $300 per pet (for stays of 30+ nights)

**Guest Verification Required:**
To meet legal and security requirements, guests must provide the following before check-in:
