Can't complain because you get what you pay for, and the convenience of the shuttle and helpful staff offset the shabbiness of the room. Not dirty, but definitely well worn. But you can't beat a good price.

We checked in and we were told the heater had to be replaced. No big deal, we were going to the game. Promised it would be done. Got back to hotel at 11pm. Heater didn't work and was 17 outside. They had one room left that they switched us to. Not as nice but had heat. Not sure what would have happened if they didn't have the extra room. I guess just freeze. Poor on management's part. Just trying to get one more room rented and the heck with customers. Wouldn't stay here again. Also, continental breakfast was really lacking. No options. Find another place to stay.

Room had everything we needed. Wifi, microwave, refig and plenty of pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Too bed cover stayed dirty for three days, the maid never bothered to change it! Gross

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. No dramas with the stay. It's no 4 seasons but the best darn value I've gotten for that inexpensive

Clean, good value for the money ,friendly staff, convenient to airport and metroplex

The hotel was old and had not been renovated for a while. Atleast that what it looked like to me. I got a pretty good deal on line as compared to properties in the area. The rooms were clean and room service was good. The only complaint I have was that the tub faucet ran constantly. It would not turn off totally after using it. I am surprised that room service didn't catch it or didn't care.

The room was good and the price outstanding. The staff was very responsive to a request I made and were gracious even through I checked in late at night. I would have liked to have a waffle maker at breakfast like other Days Inns I have stayed in but breakfast was ready to go when they said it would be.

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at this hotel due to the fact that we missed our flight. We contacted the hotel to inquire about transportation to the hotel and they were very helpful and informative. However, the hotel shuttle did take quite a bit of time to arrive at the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and respectful. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Overall, the hotel was good.

Last minute I had to get a hotel close to work due to incoming inclement weather. This hotel fit the bill. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean. I had a mini fridge and microwave, but I don't know if they are standard in all rooms. I saw a sign about renovation which explained why the fire sprinkler stuck out of an unfinished hole in the ceiling. The continental breakfast was uninspired, I ate elsewhere. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would stay here again. (Maybe tonight, the forecast calls for snow.)

The hotel is reasonable for the price. The room was clean though somewhat small. The location of the hotel is nice. I would say that hotel is good for a short-term stay.

Rooms very clean and quiet hotel. Staff is VERY helpful and nice.

The room was nice and clean. Toilet kept flushing on its own all night. Breakfast was disappointing. Just cereal and fruit. For a place to sleep it was a good stay.

This place is okay for its value, nothing fancy but a reasonable place to stay.

This hotel's bad reviews must come under the old owners, people who worked there because the family that ran this hotel now couldn't of been any more accomodating for us during our stay for the 2014 NCAA Men's Final Four Tournament....They gave us free shuttle rides to the train station, which either brought us into Dallas or hopped on Yellow School Busses to the Stadium for the games. Rooms were clean and it was a comfortable nights sleep. Would reccommend to stay at this hotel due to it's proximity to DFW Airport and AT&T Stadium

Clean, heat worked but was noisy. NonSmoking room smelled decent. Free Breakfast limited but except for fact that they didn't have bananas it was ok.

I enjoyed this hotel so much I am going to stay here again on my way home.

The staff was wonderful, and the free shuttle to and from the airport made it easier for a first time visit. The location was convenient for eating out and it was very close to popular attractions such as AT&T Stadium, Rangers Stadium, and Six Flags. Though it was going through some renovations due to new owners, the room and customer service was great! Definitely plan to stay again when we visit during the next football season for the Dallas Cowboys!

The fist impression when we arrived wasn't bad. But as soon as I check in the started out rude, when getting our luggage and coming back in. The person at the front say that he couldn't let me into the roon because the agency that I pre paid my room with there card that they give the hotel to pay did not go thru. I had to call the agency i booked with and fix it. As if that wasn't enough the elevators did not work, building was hot. Locally we only need the room to sleep so we left the air conditioning on all day, the room was cool.

This place was okay for the weekend. It was clean, quiet and about 9 miles from Cowboys Stadium. It was nothing special, but nothing bad, either. It's what I expected. All I needed was a clean place to stay and it did the job.
