Room had bad smell towels were dirty and bedding. They didnt not change them when I asked.

Terrible rooms , dirty, stained furniture, burn holes, elevator broken. Never stay there. Noisy with kids and teens running around. Orbitz should not include this hotel in their offerings.

Chosen for the price, appreciated for the friendly staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast, including fruit and eggs. Gym needs updated.

The staff was very friendly and patiently answered my questions about the shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle driver was EXTREMELY helpful. Before he dropped me off at the airport, he checked the DFW website to make sure my terminal and gate hadn't changed. AND IT DID! I would've completely missed my flight without him checking. The only downside was that the shuttle left at 5:40 AM, too early to catch the complimentary breakfast which was served at 6:00 AM. I'm sure that the front desk staff would've offered to give me bananas if I had asked, though.

Hotel staff was nice room looked old and not like photos online. Booked a queen but believe the bed was a full it suck in. Okay hotel but wouldn't book unless needing something cheaper.

cheap hotel. This is one where the online picture definitely doesn't match what you actually get. The rooms are very old, noise, dated bathroom, average breakfast.

Good price but the hotel could use some upkeep! It seemed a little dirty but the staff was nice and friendly

First of all when we landed in Texas, I was told to call the hotel for shuttle service. Booking through orbitz, it stated free shuttle service to and from hotel. Well that didn’t happen. I had to pay $30 from Dallas love to the hotel. Then when we got there we wanted to shower, omg was that a disaster! The water was either extremely hot or cold. We also booked and choose a wheelchair assessable room. Psh. There was so incredibly little room between the bed and dressers, my boyfriend got his fingers stuck numerous times. When I called the hotel before we even got there, I stated I needed a wheelchair accessible room, we booked a business suite which on orbitz said handicapped accessible. Well, when I called the hotel they said, “yeah I think it’s wheelchair accessable”. WHAT? How do you not know this? Just very unsatisfied with everything.

Staff was very nice and the room was pretty clean but the water went from hot to cold on and off during every shower. The breakfast had no meat and choice of 1 fruit and it was a bitter fruit.

The staff tried to be helpful but once I saw my room and the dirty stained sheets, grey towels and hair in the tub I knew I couldn't stay. I am still waiting for my refund.

I stayed 3 nights and no hot water 2 nights. Front desk rep. said 10 minutes just run to drain to cold water then I can get hot water but When I finished showered about more then 15 minutes still no hot water. Also some unusual smell in the bed

Like sleeping on a nail bed you can feel every spring on the mattresses.

Clean hotel. If your only requirement is a roof over your head, then this will do. Very small rooms.

The staff were fantastic and very nice! Any and all of my problems got addressed timely.. I had a sink problem and within hours someone was there to have it fixed. My room however, seemed smaller than shown in these pictures. Overall, I had a good stay! Worked out very nice for my solo trip!

This was the worst hotel i ever stayed in never again will i stay here

I recommend this hotel, expecially the free shuttle.

This hotel is older than a lot, in turn the price was cheaper. If you are looking for something budget friendly, I definitely recommend Days Inn! Breakfast was good, bed was very comfortable. microwave, TV, refrigerator in room.

Extremely disappointed in breakfast hrs. We were on vacation and had no idea 9am is the close time for it. So who in their right mind gets up and dressed for last call breakfast at 9.and If we did get up at 830 we still wouldn't have made it for 9 with getting dressed and refreshed. Seriously. EXTREMELY DISTRESSED ABOUT THAT. Every hotel/motel/Inn the breakfast ends at 10. NEVER heard of one Adu 9

Only stayed one night, but staff was professional.

Room smelled horrible, bed uncomfortable , lol linens thin and dirty, no parking!!!!
