It was nice. Only issue was on the 3rd day my door keys stopped and had to go and reset them. But no biggie. And I think guests were leaving the back door open.

We came to Dallas for the Mary Kay Seminar at the convention center. This was about 20 minutes away but a great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and a bed that did the trick. Price was great too!!!!

I was working from hotel room. Very spacious with a sofa, tv, safe and fridge. Clean. Wi-Fi worked great which was important to me. Staff was very nice. I felt I got a better hotel than I paid for and the price was great. If I'm back in Dallas area I will use again.

Good location, great bed, elevators worked, good breakfast, hot water, and clean.

It is nice to stay and near to highland park and university park, SMU. Very comfortable and clean. Quite sleep over night and cozy bed.I like it

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great size and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I visit texas in the future.

Ok location felt like middle of nowhere and uninterested staff

It was ok. You definitely get what you pay for. Shady part of town.

For the most part, this hotel was jest barely acceptable for the price. Pros: Large room, comfortable bed. Cons: Broken...and I mean with shattered and missing pieces exposing electrical components...coffee maker, dangling live wires from the ceiling, loose bedside light switch. In general, this room was a fire hazard all around. Go ahead and take a few more points off for safety concerns.

Was a good value for the price and did fit my location needs. Staff did not smiled (at all). Breakfast was a "Look, but no thanks!" situation. Would use again, but only at a low price.

Very nice People. Room was clean, fresh smelling. Kind of hard to locate. But we came back to it on our way home.

I enjoyed my two days here....the room was clean and comfortable and the maids left me exactly what I asked for. I had a king sized room with a sofa, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffees and teas. The breakfast lacks anything for gluten free people except boiled egg and a banana or apple. It could use yogurt and grits. I continue to stay at this hotel because of the value for my money.

Great hotel when I visit family. Most of the day we spent out and about with the family so we only used the room at night to rest. Great price and location. 8 minutes away from my sisters apartment is not bad at all. Can't beat the price!

Being not expensive, its OK. A Little bit far from downtown.

Stay here about once a month. .. nothing fancy. .. need something gluten free for breakfast. .. clean and worth the money

Needed three rooms in a hurry. Online price was very good and unquestioned at hotel. Rooms were clean and neat. Slept well!

Nothing extra nice except for the pool and jacuzzi.

You really get what you pay for... The hotel is old but the room was ok... The breakfast was ok... It was continental but they offered hot items such as eggs and sausage and biscuits at no extra cost. There was a particular smell throughout the hotel we could not figure out... We needed a place to stay that night and that's what we found near the area... I don't think I would reserve for a vacation...

love it... relaxing.. i would tell my friends about this

I booked my room for $55/night. With that price in mind it was a great deal. The room overall was clean and roomy. The breakfast and lobby were also good for the price. The only knock on this hotel is the location. It's not the safest area you can find. Otherwise, it's worth the cheap price.
